Hotel Chaitali - Pure Veg

Recently I went to kolhapur and had stay in hotel Chaitali Excellent service, cleaned room, hot n cold water arrangement Very caring, helpful-room very clean-breakfast wonderful, thankyou Centrally located Near to Temple

The hotel is quite close to the railway station and about 15-20 min from the Mahalaxmi temple. We had booked a Super Deluxe room, which was quite spacious and comfortable. The food is excellent, especially the Maharashtrian dishes which are a speciality of this hotel. Breakfast has limited variety but is quite tasty. As the restaurant is a bit small, it tends to get crowded at breakfast time. They should also consider having some cut fruits in the breakfast. Basement parking is available.

Good value for money hotel Courteous staff right from the watch *** who parked our car, to the bell boy and the ***ager at the reception . Nice location not very far from the temple Good dinner options and tasty breakfast spread with the rightly chosen options

Had booked this property based on its rating of 4.5/5 . Stayed for 02 nights. Found the property just average actually . The rating has been hyped . The allotted room ( No 301 ) had a fresh set of linen however everything else including the commode were dirty and dusty. the TV was made functional by us. The fridge was unserviceable. House keeping was extremely poor. Even the AC was not very effective. The good part was the service in the Restaurant, which was excellent however there also ,though the B/Fast timing were till 0930h, the service was wound up by 0915h even when guest were eating. Overall what the hotel lacks is supervision. Although the location is good but there are ***y hotels of similar standard in close proximity in Kolhapur hence the ***agement needs to ensure effective supervision in all depar**ents.
