Got nothing but praise for this hotel.The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. From management, receptionists, chefs, waiting staff, bar staff,cleaners ,gardener ,the pool cleaner (cleaned daily) and security they all go above and beyond. Speak to Steeve the gardener if you like gardening there nothing he dosnt know . This hotel is very clean and will accommodate your needs to make your stay as stress free as possible. Its a disable friendly hotel to with flat surfaces and ramps all around the hotel including the restaurant. Thank you all

We have just returned home from here and I thought about this hotel for most of the journey home ( nearly 24 hours), trying to find something to fault about our experience ( as we Brits often do ), but could find nothing to complain about. All the staff were very friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Ajay and JP and given Iced tea. As they saw that my wife and I both have limited mobility, they immediately changed our designated room to one that was much more suited to our needs. The room was clean and airy and gave us plenty of room for our wheelchair and mobility scooter. The hotel complex was disabled friendly with ramps where possible. All the staff worked long hours but always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The food was good with a different menu every night for the 2 weeks we were there. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed there for one week and it was fantastic. Great staff..... very helpfull and very much considerate. Even though they had fix buffet, they considered our request to make Indian food every night as we were the only Indian couple there.

We spent 2 weeks at Le Palmiste, the first week on all inclusive when the food is good with a changing menu and the bar drinks are good quality as well. We had a family room by the reception pool and it was clean, spacious and just right for us. The real jewel here are the staff as has been pointed out in other reviews, Ajay, Jean and everyone else smile and ask " is everything OK?" When people around you smile it makes you smile as well. Of course the real test is when you need help and an hour after we should have left the hotel to go to the airport everyone came up trumps. Our airport transfer didn't appear and the local rep was very short on information or help so after an hour the staff and hotel owner no less had one of his guy's drive us to the airport ( this is up to 90 mins away) and we managed to catch our flight. It is a lovely hotel with 3 very clean pools ( the guy that cleans the pools does a great job with a pair of shears as well and always says "ca Va?") if you need something ask as they are waiting to help. The key to the room didn't work and had to be "sorted" 3 times. There were no towels in the room on arrival. it was just not great, a tired hotel.

Badly insulated room you can hear all the noise and the evenings of the hotel are very noisy.. cleaning not done in a week sheets and towels never changed, room not very clean on arrival elsewhere. Water takes 20min to heat up to bathe.

A hotel in need of renovation. Customers put their towels on the deckchairs of the swimming pool and leave suddenly not accessible since all the deckchairs are taken. Borderline friendly staff. The spartan rooms too bad because the place is top.

The friendly, respectful and professional welcome, in particular Azagen, who always listens and bends over backwards to help. What I disliked half board, very basic food, frozen seafood salad, after three days we went around the buffet. Almost the same desserts every day. The staff is very nice they answer yes to all your requests but sometimes you have to ask the same thing several times. Forgot to put towels or toilet paper....
