Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Beautiful, comfortable and pleasant environment

This hotel exploits its customers and is not highly recommended. For sure, this hotel will guide you to a room with already damaged facilities upon check-in. And the deposit will be non-refundable after check-out. In addition, an additional 2-3 days after check-out, the card for which the deposit was paid will charge hundreds of dollars additionally without consent. How can a hotel like this exist?

From early checkin with friendly helpful staff, to wonderful breakfasts. Everything was perfect for our family get together. Topped with great views of Disneyland fireworks.

All around great experience! Staff did an amazing job and provided a pack-n-play for our daughter!

Good location. Minutes away from Downtown Disney. Easy walk to Walgreens and CVS for necessities. Staff was subpar. Particularly front desk concierge Samantha. Rude and unwelcoming. Complimentary breakfast was limited in selection. Would definitely not stay here again.

This was our 4th visit at the residence inn. I really like the residents inn. I bring my 2 little granddaughters and I feel safe and comfortable there with them. The rooms are clean and good size. We enjoyed the full breakfast and the cafe staff was very polite and helpful. I gave 4 stars for staff because every lobby clerk was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Whether we were checking in, asking about parking or coming down to purchase a lobby snack, they made us feel like we were bothering them and they have better things to do. But besides rude staff and being charged $70.20 to park for 2 nights, we’ll be back.

I was able to check-in early. Its a great room. Clean and large. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful.

This is a great place to stay with the whole family especially if you are going to Disney. We went in February and the kids enjoyed the heated rooftop pool. We had a corner room with a view of the Disney park so we saw the fireworks at night from our room. There was a CVS just a few yards away and across the street down the ***** is Garden Walk. The hotel room was clean, the hotel smelled nice, the kitchen was a great convenience

The entire stay was generally goood. The only thing i would say is the rooms dont have a view and the bed was really lumpy and needed to be replaced. They also could extend hot tub hours for the people visiting disneyland. And the shower water pressure ******. We were on the 4th floor nice room but hirrible water pressure.

Staff was extremely helpful and made the visit extra special for my son’s birthday. Tons of restaurant options around close walk to Disneyland.

We are obsessed with the hotel! Close to Disney! You get so much more for your buck here! Gives our family plenty of room, breakfast included, and everyone is so friendly. The rooms are beautiful and clean. We stay here every time we go to Disney which is 2-3 times a year! Will be back soon!

I stayed in a single King bed suite with a friend who used the pullout couch and it was perfect. There was plenty of space, the suite was very clean, and the staff were great. The value for this hotel is beyond compare especially when you consider its only a 15 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland. That said, you really only need to stay here if a kitchen is a must for you. If it is, this is the best value for your dollar with high quality.
