Convenient location, good service, many restaurants and coffee shops nearby

Absolutely not worth the money for what you get. Plain Jane room that doesn't have a bathtub, Internet so slow the TV has to stop n load every 5 minutes, nothing is complimentary it all costs so insanely much even if it is decent it becomes infuriating. Will never stay again and will advise everyone who will listen against staying

They didn't bother to tell me at check in that the Wi-Fi was out indefinitely. I was there for work and needed it for Zoom calls. They would not make ANY accommodation. No refund, no points, no free dinner or drinks. The girl said "you can leave if you want to but we are not doing refunds" Not worth the money, sketchy area, even sketchier employees

Beautiful hotel in a little less beautiful part of town. I felt safe just a little trashy outside the hotel complex

We had a good stay.our only issue was that someone in our group got sick and we needed to stay another night and got a lot of run around- “no rooms available” but there were rooms online. But then we were told we had to change rooms but we didn’t have to. Caused a lot of stress when we were a bit stressed already

Everything was great, the staff, the rooms, clean, I will be staying there again

For the price paid for, was expecting a lot more. Room did not have a mini fridge, which we needed

Beautiful hotel absolutely clean !!

Overall very comfortable and easy hotel in the middle of anchorage. My only complaint were that walls are thin and I could hear the neighbor’s music. Also stuffed giant polar bear does not exude eco friendliness

Very clean and modern. Amazing views and very kind and helpful staff. Parking not included, but advice was helpful in finding a safe spot close by.
