The villa was spacious with large rooms. The pool is quite good overlooking a nice cosy garden and a water body with fishes (can improve with some regular cleaning). Probably they can improve on breakfast items as they were limited to just four.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We stayed at Villa Sinta (a three-bedroom villa with a private pool) with four people and it was very comfortable. Below, I'll break down my impressions by unit.
1. The villa itself.
- Each bedroom has its own outdoor entrance. This is extremely convenient for a group vacation, as no one disturbs each other.
- Each bedroom has its own large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet.
- Each bedroom has air conditioning and a safe.
- Electrical outlets are few and inconveniently located.
- There's a kitchen (one for each bedroom). It has a large refrigerator, a water cooler, a microwave, a very small kettle, kitchen utensils, and dishes, as well as a gas stove.
We used the kitchen for food storage and mainly for grabbing dishes and eating if we ordered room service.
- The pool at the villa is clean; it's maintained and cleaned every two days. It's also quite deep. It's not heated, but it warms up quickly in the sun, making it comfortable to swim in.
- Renovation: it's clear that everything (walls, doors, etc.) is a bit tired. But that's understandable given the high humidity and climate, so everything was fine for us :)
2. Service and Facilities
- The staff is very welcoming and always willing to help. Our door in the villa broke, and they fixed it in a day.
- We communicated with reception via WhatsApp.
- They spoke English, and everything was comfortable.
- They cleaned every day and changed the towels. Overall, it was fine, but they never wiped down the bedside tables. 😅
- The hotel doesn't have laundry service - they give you the contact information for another company where you can order.
- We didn't have breakfast, but it was rather meager and simple. They give you a piece of paper with a list of dishes to choose from, and you can choose four. However, it's not four full courses, more like filling a single plate. For example: an omelet, two small sausages, a little fruit, and juice. Not much. BUT! If you pay for your own food, it's a completely different story (see next point).
- Restaurant food: The villa has its own restaurant, where you can order delicious and affordable food! We were delighted. The portions are large, and they can even deliver food directly to your villa. You can pay at the end of the day or upon checkout.
- You can also pay for many different services at the villa. We only rented bikes for one day. Prices: reasonable, with a slight premium, but if you don't want to bother looking for cheaper options, I recommend it.
3. Animals at the villa. I'll say right away: there are plenty of animals, the villa has a large planted area, and in general, due to the climate in this country, there are a lot of animals, so if insects, reptiles, etc. are a concern for you, then... Then you simply don't need to go to Indonesia.
So, what we saw at the villa:
- chickens (yes, chickens. In Bali, you'll see them on every corner)
- dogs. There are as many of them as there are chickens. They're not dangerous; in fact, they're afraid of people. They came running up to us a couple of times, but they mostly just wanted to pass through the villa and that's it.
- salvator monitor lizard. A large water monitor lizard. We saw one twice: one very small, and the other, a large one, about five feet tall. We saw one in the carp pond (the villa has a small koi pond that separates the villa from the palm trees).
- lots of house geckos. They're very small, but they sit high up, out of reach. They eat midges. We also saw them in the bedroom periodically.
- Tokay geckos. There were always 3-4 of them. They make funny sounds
- an abundance of different birds
- huge, beautiful butterflies
- bats. We saw them every evening. Bananas grow in the villa, and the bats fed on the sap from the flowers.
- Insect-wise: there are mosquitoes (a few), ants (many). Overall, we decided: ants are better than cockroaches. There are indeed a lot of ants, and they're everywhere. But they're not a nuisance. On the contrary, they'll kill more unpleasant insects in droves.
- spiders. There weren't any big or scary ones. There were small jumping spiders in the bathroom, but they're cute and definitely won't bother you.
As for animals, please understand that there will be a lot of them on their island. You're more like their guests, not them in your villa. Please don't try to kill or destroy them. They're part of the ecosystem ❤️

A small hotel, we rented a villa and we liked it. Friends took a room, but had to change the lower one to a higher room because of the smell of rot. Breakfast is good

Stayed during EID holiday, I booked heritage villa, the room was spacious, there’s big bathroom and have small pantry which is good for my midnight supper. Eka the receptionist very helpful. Mobile service through WA also responsive, breakfast is good as well, ala carte breakfast you can choose for breakfast do you want. We will comeback with my big family group. And also the room was affordable prices along with the service. My concern only you need to give a parfumeries in the bed curtain, I believe it washed but smell like you just wash without soap.
