Beijing Tiananmen Wangfujing courtyard Manxin Hotel

We stayed 5 nights there. Everyday the staff clean our room. The hotel staff are very polite, will greet once see us and open the door for us. There is a free snack bar at the entrance. We did not try the hotel breakfast as we prefer try the local food at somewhere nearby. The location is good, near to the train station. We still get some small gift during check out.

Everything was perfect. I really appreciate the help and support that you have given me during these days.The personnal is very welcoming and ready to support you. I could go there again because it is really nice place and friendly people!

I was in love with the hotel when I initially booked it. Photos, location, design on photos were just amazing. In reality there was a big disappointment. 1) location is really good and convenient. Different subway stations 5-7 mins walk and Wangfujing street is also 5-7 mins walk. 2) the hotel is located in Hutong. So neighborhood is quite moderate - old buildings and hutongs. 3) hotel managers don’t speak any other language despite Chinese. This was a huge problem. We only communicated via translators but we were still hardly understanding each other. 4) our room type was “supreme ….”. Real photos of the room are attached. Lots of scratches, marks, dirt and the most important was MOLD!!! The humidity in the hotel is just insane. And the ventilation system is very very poor. To sum up, beautiful modern design on photos but lots of things to be improved in reality. Do not recommend because mold is unsafe for your health.

I enjoyed my stay at Tiananmen Wangfujing Heyuan Manxinfu this past weekend. There are two different locations in the area but I choose this location because it’s located in the ally and it’s very quiet. The staffs are very friendly and they provide some drinks and snacks in the lobby. I would stay at Tiananmen Wangfujing Heyuan Manxinfu again next time when I’m in Beijing.

The front desk of the hotel is warm and attentive, and the questions raised can be solved with care. The hotel is near the airport but there is no noise at all. The whole environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. Will choose again next time.

Amazing stay and location. The room was huge, 2 storeys with 2 toilets. Service was good and walking distance to train station and wangfujing shopping street. Hotel was v very clean.

Helpful staff, excellent location Hotel maintenance can be better though.

I had a great stay here. Rooms are rather small but location super central. Would book again. :)

This hotel is located a few minutes from WanFuJing. There are lots of restaurants and shops around. No English and have a Chinese feel but it is great if you are on a budget.
