1，一次性定了三天，非要每天中午12點後讓前台刷新房卡，要不然打不開門，明明是2點退房，12點多就打不開門了。每次刷房卡還要跟服務人員解釋一遍，沒有對接。這個服務流程對於員工、對於住客都太扯了。
2，中午正在睡覺，阿姨還要敲門問是續住還是退房，服務流程中間缺乏對接。
3，跟服務人員沒關係，是酒店的服務流程不便捷，太麻煩住客了！

房間住得很舒服設施設備狠心，而且洗衣機還帶烘乾功能，主要是床鋪很軟，睡覺很舒服來長沙旅遊，有一個愉快的體驗真的很不錯，而且沙發做起來很軟的衞生做得很乾凈，樓下就是地鐵站服務態度沒得説，哈哈哈

在網上定房難道就配住兩頭的房間嗎？連續幾次都這樣，定兩個房間就會被分到一層樓的兩頭，説了不要兩頭，靠城區外方向的，服務人員就會説今天的房定滿了之類的推辭。 靠城區的根本不要想睡覺，一大早交警拿着喇叭喊的沒停。
