We stayed with my wife for five days.the rooms were new and clean... breakfast was beautiful and varied. thanks to it being close to everywhere, we found the possibility to visit all the places to be visited... also considering the price, I think it was too successful for that price.. Personnel are very laughing and helpful... We met their owners in our second day, very naive and kind people... I think you will meet your expectations more if you want a clean and economic holiday for a tour.

Very good hotel! The boss service is very good! There are beautiful receptionists! The boss borrowed my phone for free for about half an hour and comforted me! The breakfast is super rich! Will stay next time! ! !

Perfect holiday trip from cold London! The service staff has a good attitude and is very enthusiastic. The hotel has rich food and the outdoor swimming pool is also at a constant temperature.

I’ve been this hotel 4 times but won’t stay ever again soon as I was about to check in there was no confirmation even though I had a voucher waited over a hr to find my details then I upgraded to all inclusive at extra cost 2 days in to my embarrassment I service staff came running out to the pool saying I wasn’t all inclusive and marched me to reception to her horror they staff told her there was a mistake again really disappointing stay

I heard from a friend that Antalya is worth visiting the Mediterranean. It was my first time here. I looked for hotels on Ctrip and read reviews, and finally chose Crowne Plaza. Our family of three paid an extra fee to upgrade to a sea-view room in the lobby. From the welcome at the door to the reservation in the lobby , restaurant, cleaning service and dishes are all very good! You can watch the sunrise on the balcony at 7 o'clock in the morning, perfect! You must also enjoy swimming at the beach. The hotel has an underground passage leading to the beach. This design is great! It is recommended that the hotel set up a few umbrellas by the beach to make it perfect!

The location of the hotel is very good, just a few steps away from the old town of Kalec. If you don't stay in Antalya for a long time, I recommend staying here because it is very convenient. Compared with other Turkish hotels, this hotel is relatively large, with higher floors and a richer breakfast buffet. The triple room we stayed in was very spacious and had a sea view from the balcony, which was quite comfortable.

We arrived at the hotel and were instantly impressed with how kind and welcoming the hotel staff were. We were given a full overview of all the information we needed and then shown to our rooms. Once we got there, a complimentary fruit platter was sent to us which was a lovely touch. In the room, which was beautiful and spacious, we were given daily generous complimentary bottles of water daily. The bed was a super king, with down duvets and pillows which I believe were either down or memory foam of some sort - either way, incredibly comfortable. There was also ample storage, lots of complementary items in the bathroom and lovely dressing gowns and slippers for your stay. Staff at the hotel were all kind, helpful and welcoming. Harlan, Deniz and Ibrahim were all fantastic and made our stay perfect. Breakfast was delicious. It was a mix of Turkish and English cuisine, with tonnes of delicious food on offer every morning. We would also be offered tea and coffee in addition to freshly prepared eggs made in the kitchen to suit your taste if you wanted them. We also ate at the restaurant in the evening, again a lovely experience with excellent service and food. The wine selection was very good- even some orange wine was on offer. Outside by the sea was lovely. Hotel staff were routinely ensuring we had drinks if we wanted them, lots of choice on where to lie and take in the view. Make sure you get your towels from reception before heading down- or it is a bit of a walk to go back and get them. We cannot fault our stay at Perge. Absolutely everything is thought of and accounted for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and came home relaxed and rested. Thank you!

One of the best hotels for the money. Clean, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and convenient location. Recommend highly. Wish had more time to stay there.

Reservamos una noche en este hotel. En la descripción del mismo decía que disponía de parking. Cuando llegamos aparcamos en la misma puerta para sacar nuestro equipaje, hicimos el check-in y pagamos el totalidad de la reserva. Cuando preguntamos por el parking la persona de recepción nos dijo (entre risas) que el parking era la calle. Le comentamos que eso no era un parking, que la calle era la calle y que no podia consider**** parking en ninguno de lo casos. Pedimos que nos devolviera el dinero ya que habían ofertado un servicio del que no disponian. La recepcionista se puso en contacto con el jefe, el cual argumentó que en ningún momento había publicidad engañosa ya que  decian que disponian de parking y que en ningún momento de parking privado (ese es el argumento al que se acogió durante todo el tiempo) Respondimos diciendo que la calle no era un parking, que era calle nada más, y que no podían poner esas cosas ya que llevaban a engaños y confusiones. Si en un establecimiento pone que dispone de parking la calle nunca se considera un parking. Nos pusimos en contacto con Booking ya que queríamos recuperar nuestro dinero (no habíamos usado la habitación) y buscarnos otro lugar, pero el propietario insistió en que el dinero no lo devolvía. Como solución propuso que nos pagaba un parking privado a metros del hotel, pero nos negamos, ya que se trataba de un descampado con muy mala pinta  que era todavía peor que la calle. Además ya no teníamos ganas de quedarnos en ese alojamiento por el trato que estabamos recibiendo por parte del personal. Muy malas maneras en la comunicación, con muy mal trato hacia nosotros. Demostró una total falta de profesionalidad , porque sin haber usado la habitación lo más fácil y beneficioso para todos hubiera sido hacer la devolución del importe. Está claro que se trata de personas que se ponen al frente de negocios los cuales no tienen ningún tipo de formación. Afortunadamente Booking solventó el problema y nos hizo la devolución del importe. De todas formas agradecí no quedarme en ese lugar, el olor que había en la recepción era muy desgradable. Olia como si hubieran freido todas las patatas fritas de Turquia, daba muy mala imagen ese olor en un hotel. Resumiendo, falta de profesionalidad y trato con el cliente.
