Very convenient to the Old Town. Staff seemed polite, no tea or coffee making facilities in room seemed a bit odd

Clean, small, simple room at affordable price and very convenient for exploring Antibes and day trips to nearby cities. Easy walk to train station and conveniently located in old town area.

clean safe budget hotel right at the centre of the action. the emphasis is on budget so you're not going to get mod cons, but if you want a clean base to explore not just an incredible town but this fabulous region, then you wont go wrong staying here.

At first impression, we really didn't mind this hotel, the room was fine with a cute view and working air con. It was really clean and was cleaned every day of our 4 night stay. The room could do with giving you more than one pillow each but that wasn't a big issue. The problem I had was that when I came back from a day out I went to unlock the door and realised not only was it unlocked that it was ajar as well, whoever had cleaned the room had not locked the door after them. Luckily nothing was taken from our room but it was quite worrying.

Friendly staff, clean and convenient. Interiors are dated and could do with modernising, aircon wasnt working but they provided an electric fan.

The room is dark & suffocating, no proper air circulation, there were 2 windows one in the room and the other in the toilet both opening to what they call a courtyard (which is not a courtyard at all, have attached images). This courtyard of theirs was dirty smelling and it was closed from the top, there was no renewal of air at all happening. We spent a night there and couldn't sleep at all. We complained & left the next day, we cancelled our stay issued a request for the reimbursement but the hotel completely denied our request.

We had a lovely stay at the Modern Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the street below. My only comment would be that the pillows could be more comfortable or even just more of them. Regardless, it was a pleasant stay with friendly staff and a perfect location. We fell in love with Antibes so will definitely be back.

Great staff and location. The staff was very helpful. The location is on a walking street and only a 10 min walk from the train station. Everything was clean and maintained.

The price you pay for this hotel with its location is worth its weight in gold. Everything you need is on your doorstep. Location is the most important thing when choosing a hotel and Modern is the best in Antibes for location. The hotel is run by really nice people. The breakfast is lovely for €7. It’s in the heart of Antibes so don’t expect a day in bed, I would save money on more expensive hotels and spend it on the delights of this beautiful part of the world. And I didn’t get a single mosquito bite!
