服務：想要特別提一下的是，我訂的是輕奢雅緻大床房，辦理入住時前台小姐姐説客人還沒有退房，讓我稍等一會兒，我當時也同意了，因為我們一起訂的是兩間房，另一間可以辦理入住的，我們稍後再辦理這間的入住也沒有問題，可是這時候來了一箇中年婦女，不知道是不是酒店的負責人，告訴我們有房，可以馬上入住，前台小姐姐還提醒她説暫時沒有，她用當地的方言和前台小姐姐説了什麼我沒聽懂，然後對我説有房間，而且還告訴我是一個位置不錯的房間，讓前台小姐姐馬上給我辦入住，結果我入住後發現這個房間根本不是我訂的房型，房間不但小，而且房型也很差。我想説這樣做是否屬於惡意欺詐顧客的行為~~
