The property is situated in a central location food and businesses in reach i love that ,could've asked for more

Tv was analog.. faucet not working properly(hot and cold water).. toilet paper holder fell off the wall… cockroach

The property is fine, and the staff is friendly and kind. However, the cleanliness of the room was not as desired. The floor looked clean, but my feet turned black if I walked barefoot. The bedcloth is clean, and the toilet towels are as well. I took two rooms; one of them had a strong cigarette smell despite the no smoking sign. We changed it to another room, but the guests in the next room smoked, and the scent moved to our room. One of the rooms had the washing tub clogged. We requested to clean it, but they said the staff would come tomorrow! The water fluctuates between hot and cold; no one can adjust it! The breakfast options were limited: only cereals, oatmeal, jam, and drinks, with no cheese, eggs, or fruits. There was no elevator, so we had to use the metal stairs, which was inconvenient. The AC in the room was good; the microwave was also good. The staff were kind, as I said, and they gave us extra beds for the kids at no cost; many thanks! I suggest that the hotel management should hire an insect cleaning professional to destroy any insects in the rooms or the breakfast hall, as many customers have complained about this problem. In general, the experience was not so good or bad; it is value for money, but sure, the value should increase with some caring and attention from the management.

The most horrible experience for us. We were switching rooms because there were cockroaches. It was night so we couldn’t just canceled it.

If had read the reviews of this hotel before I booked our stay I would never have made them. There were roaches in the bathroom around the sink. The dresser drawers did not work properly. When you opened one of the lower drawers the one above it fell into its place. The TV worked, but it took about 15 minutes for the color to adjust on the screen.I will never stay in this hotel again!

Property is in disrepair. TV was fuzzy, heater loud. Homeless people living there. Breakfast was cereal or toast. Only powdered coffee creamer. Actually was booked for 2 nights and only stayed one.

All of the dresser drawers were broken; smelled horrible; walls, sink, and coffee maker were dirty. Toilet was not flushed, and I dared not take a shower. It was so bad, I slept in my clothes on top of the covers. If i didn't have a very early flight and it wasn't so late when we arrived, I would not have stayed there.

The property and rooms are run down. Forget TB. It's all fuzzy analog channels. No HBO. Nothing. No iron or ironing board. It feels like an motel with hourly rates.
