Very nice hotel in a great location I just didn’t like the ac it’s very odd and if you aren’t moving or leave the room it shuts off and is hard to get it come back on

Not sure why they gotta give tourists a hard time, when everything has been prepaid for. Id suggest better training for front desk. They need to learn how to properly greet customers

Enjoyed the stay. Very nice. Would stay again anytime seeing a game at the arena a few blocks away.

Everything was very good at this hotel for our two night stay. The best thing of all was front desk supervisor Carla, who elevated our stay from four star to five star. She really is the superstar of the hotel and we would come back specifically for her.

This place was awesome. The staff were super friendly and just amazing. I would definitely stay there again, especially if going to an event at the stadium.

Loved that each bed had its own room. Full size refrigerator. Beds were comfortable. Ladies at check in were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

The stench in the room was so bad we left and stayed somewhere else. I would not recommend this property. I feel bad because the staff at the front desk were really friendly

The room was dated and not very clean. The carpet needed to be swept, the bathroom had hairs everywhere including the base of the toilet, the shower curtain and the bathroom floor. We didn’t take our shoes off in the room. There was one fork in the silverware drawer, the one skillet use to be nonstick but was completely scratched up. We only paid $70 a night so I guess you can’t expect too much. Luckily we weren’t in the room much. Won’t stay at this hotel chain again.

Felt cat fished! Pictures seemed nicer and more up to date! Hall ways smelled of old pizza and ****.

I loved that they had rooms set up for handicapped both physically, blind and hearing. Which was a first for me that was handy for me the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were on our 41 st wedding Anniversary the staff were great we will stay there again.

Really run down property with no amenities but…. It was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful so it’s fine!

Check out day hot water limited for a day that started at 17 degrees answer from front desk yes we know it’s been like that for a while
