Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy

We book family room, room spacious , breakfast nice but better if have more choice of food. Amenities must ask front dest , not ready in room. They have kids area too

The hotel’s location was excellent—almost in the heart of Sukhumvit. It was just a 5-minute walk to Emsphere and about 10 minutes to Terminal 21, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a Lawson right across the street and a 7-Eleven nearby, which made it easy to grab essentials anytime. The hotel is very family-oriented, and during our stay we noticed that most of the guests were families with children, which created a comfortable and welcoming environment for those traveling with little ones. The room was exactly as depicted in the pictures. It felt more like a serviced apartment since it came with several appliances, which made our stay with our baby much easier and more convenient. I would also like to praise the team for their thoughtful efforts in fulfilling my requests. They helped decorate the room to celebrate my anniversary and also prepared a welcome decoration for my parents, which was a lovely and meaningful touch. Initially, the team provided an older wooden cot for my baby. After I casually mentioned to one of the front desk staff that my baby didn’t sleep very well the first night, she immediately offered to change it to a better cot. I really appreciated her initiative and responsiveness, although it might have been better if the improved cot had been provided from the start. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and my parents truly enjoyed the hotel as well. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, which made resting after long days out very enjoyable.

Recommended for family. Very lovely staff and facilities. The location is also excellent. A few minutes walk to Terminal 21 and Emsphere Mall

This place is a great place to stay in Bkk … the room is huge and comfortable and the best thing is the shower! It’s amazing water runs great unlocked new experience in shower! Service is excellent! Good food ! I enjoy it so much. Location is close to everywhere !

Good location super friendly staff rooms are big and beds are comfortable only thing is the pool area not so much sun
