Very convenient place to stay. Clean, tidy, friendly customer service.

I've stayed here a few times before as its convenient location to where im going. I usually stay for 12-14hrs as its an overnight stay between transit, so I've never used any facilities. The rooms are always clean & usually quiet if people are considerate & not being noisy.

The room is clean and big. It's close to the airport. Taking an Uber doesn't cost more than 20. The facilities are complete, including microwaves, refrigerators, etc. The service is very considerate. The boss is Chinese, which makes it much more convenient to travel abroad.

The room was okay. Breakfast provided was extremely poor- cereal and bread nothing else. Breakfast for a 3rd person is just ridiculously priced at $14 for a bowl of cereal and piece of toast. Not recommended at all.

Worst hotel I have stayed at. Have stayed in close to 500 hotels with this one being bed far the worse. 1. Not an airport hotel - is 8kms from the airport. 2. Room did not match description. Photos showed double bed and two single beds however it was a double bunk, not single beds. 3. Shower did not work more then a very poor trickle. 4. Construction site less then 2m from rear door of the room. Machinery and tool use noise stared at 5.30am. No where on the website does it warn that there is early morning construction taking place right next to room 5. A non designated parking space is located right in from of the door to the room. This meant that because someone had parked there, their car blocked access to our room. There was just enough spaces to squeeze through but not enough room to carry our suitcase. We had to lift the suitcases over the bonnet of the car to get out. Spoke to reception in the morning however he was not interested at all. Wouldn’t even get out of his chair so I could show him the car blocking our door.

Ridiculously small area for 5 people. There is a door between this and adjoining room which should be used. We have stayed in a number of family suites on our trip which cost less and have 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

House keeping is excelent

Location is close to the airport, however hotel and room is outdated, unclean and noisy. Firstly, the aircon in the room kept buzzing randomly throughout the night, keeping both of us up. Neither of us could sleep as the aircon is above the bed, and there was no-one to call and reception was closed. Room was dirty and not cleaned properly, with tissues and kids goggles left over from previous tenants in our room. Wifi is ~ 6mbps Would never come back.

Tke room is so good. We could use it by 5 persons. A bus stop and station are close from the hotel.

We arrived late due to delays in flight. We were surprised to find the fridge was stocked and various food items available to purchase if required. Although we didnt use we were impressed as now days most only offer tea coffee and milk. Alhough the premises are aged it was clean and comfortable. Well done will not hesitate to use again.

We found the entire place clean inside and out. If you are sensitive to noise pack some earplugs. As I have previously read-the bunks squeak abit and the aircon is a little noisy- but nothing compared to my Husband's snoring! Pool was nice and refreshing with a lovely shade sail to protect from the sun. Enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back again.

Beware as the Airport shuttle is not running since “Covid” (so done with this poor excuse) and I felt deceived as I did book it with the shuttle in mind. Minibar not included and inflated prices. $4.00 small bottle of water at reception. The pool was dirty, so we didn’t use that. No lifts, no attempt to book our group with side by side rooms. Breakfast starts at seven, so you’ll miss it if you fly out early morning. Location not the greatest as there was construction all around the property.

Room was clean, staff friendly but the beds were uncomfortable

Bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Was only a double bed. Room was like being in a closet and not big enough for 2 people. Walls are paper thin and you could hear the conversation in the next room. Internet did not work in our room and considering everyone needs internet these days it was inconvenient to have to hot spot my phone. Nothing close around for meals. Do yourself a favour and stay in the city.
