Nice place. Comfortable accommodation for a reasonable price. The renovation is fresh, the room is not destroyed, you walk in and immediately feel that the condition of the room stock is being monitored. There is a kettle, glasses, mugs, tea bags (which is very nice), and a refrigerator. The linen is fresh, the mattress is comfortable. Purely. The administrator is polite, upon check-in they immediately give you a bottle of water (but I would like 2, when checking in for 2 people). There is an insect screen on the window - this was very important for us. Cons: lack of an elevator and location (noisy outside). Only for this I will remove one star, because the owners, I think, understood in advance that there could not be ideal comfort in such a building. Fortunately, there is an air conditioner, and when the window is closed, it tightly blocks out the noise, thank you for that. In a word, if you don’t mind making a constant stomp on the stairs, then I recommend it, it’s cozy here.
