I have never given a review below 3 points on Ctrip. This hotel is so disappointing. The facilities are very old and ancient, so forget it. The sound insulation of the house is very poor. Who knows who is next door. People are still walking around there at night. The whole floor is making noise. The key is that we sleep It had to be a tatami, so I couldn't sleep well all night. And although the toilet is public, you should at least be divided into men and women. Even this can't be done, and there are a lot of other problems. I really don’t recommend everyone to stay here

On the day, there was no manager at the front desk, so we had to do everything ourselves from check-in to check-out. (We called the manager to get an explanation.) The location is on top of a mountain, so there is no problem if you have a car, and the cypress bath and rooms are kept clean, so it's very good value for money. I'd like to stay here again.

The transportation to the room is not very convenient. I couldn't take a taxi from the station. I dragged my luggage for 25 minutes and walked uphill to get there. There was no customer service staff after I arrived. I left my luggage at the front desk temporarily. I was called back to check in at 4 o'clock. I stayed in Atami for one day and went back and forth to the hotel 3 times. It took about 2 hours to go back and forth to the hotel.

The B&B is on a mountain, quite far away from the seaside. Because it’s up the mountain, it’s quite tiring to go up there. The sanitation and facilities of the B&B are quite satisfactory and quite acceptable. It will be a little more expensive when there is a fireworks display. Although the rule of the B&B is that you cannot smoke anywhere in the B&B, some guests still smoke in the room unconsciously. Because it is a wooden house, the smell of smoke will spread everywhere. When I finally checked out, because there had just been an earthquake in the morning, I couldn't go past the 10 o'clock check-out time for even one minute. I couldn't even sit in the living room for a while and drink some water before leaving. The attitude of the service staff (Chinese) seemed a bit like they were rushing. The way people walked was very unpleasant. I have stayed in so many Japanese hotels and B&Bs and I have never experienced anything like this.

It is far from the station and has steep slopes, so walking with only a backpack is very tiring. Not recommended if you bring luggage. There are no stores around, so I can only go to a convenience store, and the road to the convenience store is not convenient. The room is small, and the kitchen, toilet and bathroom are shared.
