The hotel staff were very unhelpful in making any changes to the booking, even when the reason was a life threatening emergency medical procedure.

A recommended hotel in Athens. We stayed for 8 days at NEMA Hotel in February 2024. A nice small hotel, brand new, located in the heart of things and within walking distance of all the important sites and places of entertainment and restaurants. The hotel is located in a quiet side street that allows an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious and pleasant, the breakfast is rich and good. Above all, I must praise the staff, without exception, welcoming, friendly, with a willingness to help in anything and everything, we will surely return to stay at the hotel and wholeheartedly recommend the hotel as a place to stay in Athens.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Small issue with the room but they corrected it without us asking while we were out for the day. GREAT location for walking to sites to visit as first time vacationers to Athens. We would definitely stay again!

Such a WONDERFUL hotel. All the quaint restate right around you. We only stayed one night but we would choose this for a longer stay. Absolutely prefect! Staff, location, room - all above expectations. We received a complimentary room upgrade (there is only one upgrade room) and it was crazy cool!

Great location close to everything! Can be a bit loud at night. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location of this hotel is awesome. It is in the heart of the tourist district on the footsteps of eateries and shopping as well as close to the metro and train station. The size of the room was spacious and the balcony was also roomy with a table and chairs. I booked the acropolis view room with a spa. The view was a glimpse of the side of the mountain, but that was fine and better than I expected since the hotel is only 3 floors and we were on the third floor. The spa was covered and drained of water and I was told it wasn’t working after I asked for it to be uncovered so we could use it. I was disappointed as paid the high rate for this room purely to use the spa during our 4 day stay. The bed had a broken slat, but the staff ‘fixed’ it on the second day when we advised we couldn’t sleep, although they did tell us to be careful of tossing and turning turning while we sleep so the slats don’t fall again. Room facilities were basic with no coffee facilities , but they did have nespresso pods that you need to pay for.. there is no bin in the room so save your shopping bags for your rubbish. Very overpriced for basic facilities and I feel your money is better spent elsewhere. I was so excited about this property and it just left me flat.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Reported some damaged bathroom fixtures and we were moved to another room the next day. Amazing service. Perfect location to everything in Athens, is within walking distance. Highly recommend.
