Following your concerns, we were glad to upgrade you to a Superior Room with a front-facing view. The rooftop jacuzzi is part of our Penthouse Suite and is exclusive to that room category, as stated in its description. Likewise, wellness facilities are offered in collaboration with our sister property, and this is clearly mentioned on our official website.
