We rent a room last night, check in was fast but today we try to take the free breakfast at 8:45 had they say was close early today when online say is done at 9am. So don’t trust it.

The room was dirty. There were mysterious substances on the coverlet and one pillowcase. The pillowcase looked like it had smeared mascara on it. There was a dirty washcloth folded up in the shower curtain and cup rings on the night stand. The bed was comfortable but it was hard to sleep knowing the filth around us.

Service was ok
Breakfast was just awful and eveything was missing 30 minutes before the end.
Comfortable and quiet though.

The breakfast bar only had cereal and no milk at 8:30. There was one bagel, one tiny brownie, some slices of white bread. My son got the last cup of waffle batter. No eggs or meat. The attendant said she was not putting anything else out. Also the last elevator inspection was Jan.2021 according to the certificate on the wall inside the elevator.

I would like a refund. I found actual wet blood in my sheets and pee was all over the bathroom. I did not see until the morning. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I stay at roughly 5-8 hotels every year and this one is the lowest on the big list. Please help
