Tuvimos tema con nuestro cuarto sin embargo nos cambiaron de cuarto y siempre el encargado de recepción estuvo súper al pendiente y tuvo paciencia en todas nuestras peticiones. El restaurante está de verdad delicioso!!!

Las instalaciones del hotel y el lugar donde está ubicado son preciosas. La habitación que nos tocó a nosotros no nos justó. Muy pequeña, antigua y no está en las mejores condiciones. Al otro día vimos otras habitaciones que se ven que están recién remodeladas y se veían muy bién. Mi única sugerencia es que aclaren que quieren esas habitaciones recién remodeladas. Tampoco tenía televisor.

La experiencia fue muy buena, en general. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar en este hotel. Lo único malo, que no es culpa de las instalaciones y sus empleados fue que había demasiada ceniza proveniente del Popocatepetl, sin embargo, se intentaron mantener las instalaciones limpias. Un buen detalle de valor agregado es que en esta situaciones el hotel ofrezca sopletear los coches de los huéspedes para quitar el exceso de ceniza.

El hotel es una hacienda antigua. Esta simplemente hermoso. Los cuartos (familiar) de muy buen tamaño, y muy cómodos. Pero lo mejor de la estancia fue el personal. Nunca me ha tocado un personal tan amable. Hiciero n hasta los imposible para cumplir todo lo que deseábamos.
