This is a nice roadway inn they have done rehab in the first building the rooms are nice I was in room 108 no Wi-Fi on that corner then I was in room 429 that room was also rehabbed mattress is only a year old very clean very nice I would advise just check the rooms if you're not staying in the first building but they were very accommodating the staff was very nice I plan on staying here again I'm a choice member since 2004 diamond status for 12 years

Booked a room for one night online, showed up, and they said they did not have any rooms available except an upgrade that would cost me MORE than triple the original price. I declined, and asked for a refund, and got denied. So i got no room, AND they took my money. DO NOT book here whatsoever. Waste of time and money. Employees do not care whatsoever and should not be working there anymore.

Booked through ******* (paid at the counter) and when I got there the person at the front desk took a while to process the payment, I ended up getting a fraud alert on my phone, I did confirm it but the staff member told me it declined and I then needed to pay $100 extra. Ended up going to the first room, the door didn’t even lock, we called got switched to another room, tv remote didn’t work, keycard stopped working & it took all day for maintenance to come. There was dirty old toys under the bed… Spend your money elsewhere

Friendly staff had to switch rooms due to heating issues and water on floor but the second room was acceptable. Need some updating and better bathrooms

Property is under new management and they're renovated all 4 building. I got to stay in the newly renovated room. The bed was big and comfortable, from pillows to linen, everything was brand new. They're doing great job, with renovation, its still under renovation, not all rooms are new yet.

Smooth check in, decent size room, comfortable bed. Only complaint, had to run shower 10 minutes to get hot. Will definately stay again!

A couple of issues, while your website says they are pet friendly, when we checked in they charged us $20 dollar for each dog and then a $50 dollar deposit, totaling an extra $90 dollars. We we see if we get our deposit back.
However, these extra charges should have been listed on the website. The second issue was with the free breakfast that is listed on your site. We went down to the office area figuring that is where they put out the food. There was nothing, when we asked they said there is no breakfast just coffee. Very disappointing!! When I look for hotels to make a reservation at, the two criteria that I have are pet friendly and free breakfast. Both were either inaccurate or missing vital information. Needless to say very disappointed with our stay.
