booked 4 nights and left after the first night. Front desk staff was rude saying no guests were allowed without an ID even though I payed for the room? Guarantee they didn’t ask all the homeless people on the staircase for IDs. Very unsafe building, side door didn’t lock and someone continuously tried opening my door at 1:30am when I was sleeping. Woke up to a man trying to open the door until someone across the hall came out to see what the ruckus was. Left after that night. I didn’t expect much but I was thoroughly disappointed. Vending machines were out of service, room was dirty and smelled disgusting.

I am impressed by the EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service - Notably Daphne and Cory.
Both provided the BEST assistance I have experienced in a long time. Their Clear communication and overall professionalism is STELLAR! I recommend stay at this location. 👍👍

Left early however even though I did not stay my last night they refuse to do a refund and don’t care about the folks staying there or anything. There’s better ones similar price not even far and was treated much better.

It was an okay experience. The night staff was nice well mannered as they have been every time. The up keep of the rooms though could use a little more attention. Floor was still fairly dirty the linens looked like they hadn’t been changed and the bathroom wasnt very clean at all there were dark red splotches on the wall in the towel shelf

Horrible manger was very rude front desk clerk was rude as well had a bottom floor soon as I checked went in room people above made noise up until after 6am staff never talked with them ***** and homeless hangin out thru hotel day and night fights and arguments all times of the day night mornings free coffe was cold or pot was empty staff wouldn’t refill just tell you it’s empty charge certain people hotel deposit fee then check out is at 11am housekeeper opening guest room door at 1026 then go tell manager you still there she come argue be rude at 1052 then lied said online reservations weren’t showing and I’m showing her my receipt still be smart mouthed manger parks her car at front door whichis in the way to load and unload also there no kind of cart to take your belongings in on

There was roaches in my room i was in disbelief but the floors wasnt thurly cleaned halfway did everything far as to keep clean and had hair from pass guest on bed sheets
