Room (98) was small and dark. A dog nearby rooms was very disturbing. Last day work with refurbishing was VERY disturbing, receptio did not acknowledge the problem. Food was miserable. You did not recognize what you ordered! How can you totally destroy a ham&chease toast_ We sampled some of the local restaurants and can firmly state that Bad Bevensen is NOT a gastromie place. Esception for Anno 1825! The location next to Kurpark is nice.

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Abgesehen vom Zimmer, war alles super! Tolle Betreuung und sehr gutes Essen. Das Sportprogamm hat mir auch sehr gut gefallen. Ich war das zweite Mal dort und komme auch wieder.!

Waren 1 Woche zum Basenfasten im Hotel. Ein gutes Rundumpaket mit diversen sportlichen Aktivitäten . Mahlzeiten wurden ansprechend präsentiert. Freundliches Personal! Einzelzimmer sehr klein. Badezimmer renoviert, jedoch sehr kleines Waschbecken , keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, Duschwand schlecht eingebaut mit nicht schließenden Dichtungen.

Vielleicht wird der Speiseplan beim Basenfasten zukünftig etwas kreativer? Immer wieder Kartoffeln... Das die Küche es drauf hat, konnte sie beweisen, nur leider waren die Speisen wenig abwechslungsreich.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Sportangebot war sehr gut . Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Rezeption und Service waren sehr aufmerksam und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr .Ich werde auf alle Fälle wieder Kommen

Ein schönes Hotel in schöner Lage.Wir waren rundum zufrieden.Frühstück und Abendessen waren super.Krankheitsbedingt klappte es mit den Anwendungen im Wellnessbereich nicht so gut,aber das ,was wie erhalten haben war sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmäßig.Ein ausgesprochen freundlicher Service hat viel ausgeglichen.Danke für die erholsamen Tage

Es ist vieles noch ausreichend bis befriedigend. Größtes Manko ist das Fehlen des Fachpersonals. Entgegen den Angaben im Hausprospekt und der Homepage ist die Hotelbar seit Monaten mangels Personal geschlossen. Entweder holt man sich Getränke aus dem Restaurant oder greift auf die Minibar im Hotelzimmer zurück,

Wie erwähnt, gut bis sehr gut. Tipps: Ich habe an dem Reduktionsprogramm teilgenommen, wobei ich sagen muss, das beim Anrichten der Speisen teilweise noch viel Luft nach oben war. Das Auge isst mit!!! Schade, denn die Lebensmittelqualität war gut. Außerdem war es kaum möglich abends noch einen Drink zu nehmen. Die Bar war ständig besetzt, Im Restaurant war es dann auch nicht gerne gesehen, wenn man dort noch etwas verweilen wollte, weil für den nächsten Morgen die Tische schon für das Frühstück eingedeckt wurden. Im Sommer ist das vielleicht kein Problem.

Ich bedanke mich für die wundervolle Woche in Ihrem Hotel. Die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals war hervorragend. Dem Koch ein Riesenlob!!!! Die Angebote in Ihrem Haus sind nicht zu übertreffen. Inspiriert und super erholt bin ich gut zu Hause angekommen. Eine kleine Anmerkung: Die Sauberkeit im Saunabereich und Schwimmbad müsste geprüft werden. Wenn man aus dem Schwimmbecken geht sind die "Ecken" schmierig. Einige Gäste sind mit Straßenschuhen im Saunabereich gewesen (um vergessene Sachen zu holen). Ein Hinweisschild wäre sinnvoll.
