This was a very nice respite from the crowds in the bigger cities. I we were greeted by a very nice lady, who appeared to be in charge of the whole thing, very nice, very helpful, very friendly. The hotel is quirky as a very old building can be, and was really beautiful. our room overlooking the rooftops of the village was very comfortable and quiet. Everything about our stay, was perfect, including having an excellent restaurant just a few blocks away.

This hotel is nice. The price was fair and the room was large. We thought the beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The breakfast was decent and at a fair price of €12. Parking is a pain. I cannot imagine anyone over 60 having to deal with finding the city parking lot then walking through the historic town back to the hotel. They need a valet. Besides the parking difficulties, there is no food on site except breakfast. In the morning we needed to iron our clothes from the suitcase but were told the hotel does not have irons nor ironing boards. The staff was not unfriendly, but was not warm and welcoming either. Lastly, a bottle of water in the room is a must. Anyway, it is a good spot but we would try another hotel on our next visit.

I stayed at this hotel with my parents and husband. My husband and I had the smaller room which had a slightly unpleasant smell from the bathroom (which needed some tlc as the sealant was coming away in the shower and the glass panel wasn't keeping the water in). My parents room didn't seem to have this problem at all. For the price it is a good hotel in a nice location with decent service but nothing amazing. The breakfast was just below average (not a lot of choice and quality of a few things could have been better). On weekends it can also be very noisy (despite seeming like it is on a quiet street there are a lot of people walking around and the windows don't keep out the noise!).

Although I’ve stayed in Baeza before, this was our first time in La Casona del Arco. On arrival we were checked in by a delightfully friendly receptionist and given the key card for our room plus tokens for a free welcome drink at the hotel. We stayed in the junior suite which was absolutely gorgeous! It was a very large room with an enormous bed, beautifully furnished and designed around a shabby chic style and a mural painted the full length of one wall. The bathroom was also beautiful and featured a spa bath. The hotel does have a pool, but being winter, it was closed. There is no on-site parking but there is a free public car park within east walking distance. The location of the hotel is ideal, being in the old town so within east reach of the main monuments, but very easily accessible from the main road through town. We had a very comforting and happy stay and would happily repeat the experience.

The lady at the reception was unfriendly and even hostile when we arrived. The hotel is near the Puerta de Ubeda. It is situated on a corner at the crossing of a road and there is a road at the front and at the back. There is nothing romantic or old town charm about its location. It is a historic building in between roads. Our superior room at the back was big enough and clean but there was no noise isolation. You can hear every car or motor that is passing. You can hear people speak on the street. Even though it is 25-30+ grades Celsius for three weeks now, the hotel refuses to activate the airco. Our room is under the roof. The HVAC is blowing some hot air. It is not the season for the airco, according to the hotel. A complete and utter disappointment. We have cut our stay short.

Gorgeous individual hotel with great character. Room was snall but had everything you needed.
Pool small and cold with limited seating when it was busuer in the evening.
Staff were happy to help and walk to main plaza was 5 minutes away.

Très bon accueil, un verre de vin offert et une chambre vaste et confortable. Décoration rustique, beaucoup de charme. Très bon lit (c’est le principal) et oreillers excellents. Bien placé car tout proche de nombreux restaurants. Tarif un peu cher pour ce village… le prix de la tranquillité ! J’y retournerais sans hésitation.

Un hotel en el centro histórico con encanto ,silencioso y donde poder descansar sin ruidos Nos alojamos una sola noche ya que íbamos de paso ,pero para la próxima, nos quedaremos un par de días más Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y la cama bastante cómoda Gracias a la señorita de recepción,que nos explicó muy amablemente por donde ir ,que visitar,nos proporcionó un mapa,en resumen una visita exprés a Baeza muy bien aprovechada
