My experience was a mix and match of good and bad. I got this property details from Google search. My booking experience was excellent, the owner guided me properly and assured me that he will take care of Safari arrangements. Our package was for 3 persons with Elephant Safari and Jeep Safari. Room rent was on the higher side compared to room conditions. We arrived there around 12:30 pm, the property is on the main road very close to the Elephant Safari starting point. The property is controlled by the owner remotely. No one was found at the reception desk, one guy came then another one. After telling them all the details they called their owner to know the fact. After taking confirmation over the phone they allotted me a room on the Ground Floor which was darty, used soft drinks bottle , cigarette, and a match stick found in the room. After complaining to the owner the hotel staff changed the room to the 1st floor(101). The room is spacious and the furniture is not yet finished, There are too ***y windows in the room . A large window in the toilet is causing privacy concerns. TV and ceiling fan (there may be connection problem in ceiling fan) is not functional. There is no option provided in the room to call Room service staff for the food order, no intercom system or calling bell system. All you need to go to the ground floor and tell the boys or call the owner for the order , as his mobile number is given in the room service number. Most of the time you will not find anyone in the reception area or surrounding area to tell your requirements. Food quality is nice , they make homely food . Hotel staffs are very innocent. The owner made proper arrangements for Elephant Safari and Jeep Safari. Jeep Safari driver was very friendly and gave his full effort for our enjoyment in the safari. They need to appoint knowledgeable staff for giving professional service.
