特別好，房間特別大，很漂亮，景色特別好，周圍很方便，美食一條街就在樓下，對面就可以坐大巴去高鐵站，特別好，服務業特別好，很不錯，房間有空調有暖風，可熱了，而且不貴

老闆人很好，給我們升級了很大的房間還提前告訴天池開不開！
設施：非常齊全！就是沒暖氣衹有空調，怕冷的考慮一下吧！長白山本來就冷…屋裡沒暖氣真的有點難過
衞生：乾淨！
環境：離西坡集散中心特別近，離歐亞超市更是特別近，買東西極度方便！地理位置特別好！

我是第二次入住這個酒店了，酒店人員的服務是最讓我喜歡的，親切得彷彿家人一般。但是唯一可惜的就是熱水有點太小了，第一次住3樓的房間，水小。第二次住4樓的房間，水更小了。如果是這一點能夠都到改善，真的真的各方面毫無抱怨。

國營的風格，簡單但該有的都有，比網上説的好，能接受，温泉、游泳一通折騰，累且舒暢。和泡温泉的大姨聊天，5分鐘交換了來源地、年齡、收入，家庭及健康狀況等訊息，感受了東北人的熱情和一見如故，與這國營氛圍很搭。
