I never leave reviews but this property has broken that streak. This was by far the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I love staying in Quinta hotels and have never had an issue with any of them. I have stayed in different Quintas from Sacramento to San Diego. Love them. This one was awful. It was so dirty and run down. When you walked into the room it smelled so bad like mildew and just dirt. There was years of caked up filth on the walls, sinks, baths, and floors. The beds had stains on the bottom of the box springs where the sheets were coming up, the shower leaked, there was almost zero hot water. I wanted a refund so bad but just kept it and didn't even stay longer than an hour in the room. The fact that I was in and out was the only thing that made it tolerable. And everywhere else was sold out. I booked this room for 3 days. Such a waste of money that it makes me sick. The breakfast was gross. I have never had a problem with the breakfast until this stay. Save yourself and stay a little farther from your destination and or spend a little extra. This hotel was really the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed out.

When I arrived, the energy of the desk receptionist was not welcoming. She seemed to be having a really bad day. She gave us our room, and it was not as expected. There were dirty walls that had boogers and stains, the bathroom had growing mold, the carpet was really dirty with a lot of spots, and when you entered the room, it smelled of cigarette and urine. On the booking the room states no smoking. We asked the receptionist to switch our rooms, but insisted that there were no more rooms available. When I called before arriving, I was told that there are other rooms that were available, and that once I arrived I could be accommodated for any open room. Also the receptionist was being so rude she even lied and told us her name was Stephanie, but it was actually Jordyn. I asked her multiple times to change my room and she also suggested that I just can cancel the room and have my money refunded back. In the end she told me that the room was canceled, but it wasnt and I was told by supervisor Nemo and Manager Desiree that I was only going to get refunded only half price of the room. I did not stay at the hotel at all for to still be charged a night. There were also other guests that cancelled their room because it was not up to par nor clean. I was told half the refund, but they actually charged my account in full still. I will never visit nor stay at this La Quinta again.

When driving up outside was very much trash everywhere. The hotel help we’re very nasty the attitude was out of this world. It got worst as we were trying to get help. I felt like I was in a twilight zone move when I walked into one of the three rooms I had on hold. I will never give them any of my money. That’s a given fact.

Staff is not very friendly or accommodating. They always seemed like the costumer was an inconvenience. Had to tell them 3 times about a homeless man sleeping in tbe stairway outside of my room. About 8:45pm, 11:00pm and 2:00am. It was the same guy in the same spot each time. When I complained about it at checkout I was told that he is there all the time. There is a sign on tbe lobby door stating the "put guest safety first" but the lack of concern suggests otherwise. I would not recommend having family stay here. I got a suite and the layout of the room was nice. However overall it had a dirty feel to it. The bathroom counter had some type of brown substance that I was able to clean off. Little things like plug covers being crooked or broke show that the whole site is just a patch job. Volume on the tvs does not work. Also you can tell the tv's sizes were downsized a lot since the mounts are visible from the front. Phones in rooms dont work and when I called the front office from my cell I could hear her but she could not hear me. Overall just not a good experience.

Dirty, smelly, have to get the keys reprogrammed every time you leave the room (had 4 rooms).Cockroach in one room, toilet always running in another and sewage smell pretty much not nice at all, even the lobby has horrible smell. Lots of cats too, cat pee and they just walk around and sit on your cars, just not a nice place.

Staff seemed irritaded to help throughout the stay. I was in need of more towels to shower, went to check in counter three times. Each time I asked for more towels and they said they would take them up and never did. Bathroom looked dirty. Room floor was dirty. And the whole room smelled of humidity and mold.

I booked this hotel for the convenience because it’s close the highway for over night. Without looking at the reviews before booking, this was my mistake. The reviews were all bad about the bugs and cleanness of the room and the sheet. My stay, we found the sheet was dirty with mold and the room smelled like cat! I can’t believe how bad reviews this hotel got and they didn’t do anything about it. This property isn’t up to the standard of hotel brand.

Paid for our room through ******* and when we got there they charged us for the room because they were having computer problems and told us to contact you and you would refund the money so far we have not heard back from you

I like La Quinta, the waffle and hard boiled egg breakfast so tryna and the rooms are clean enougheven though the pool is never open (and this trip was winter, so far enough this time), but the neighborhood has gone pretty far downhill.

The hotel is right on the freeway, which I realize that I assumed the Wyndham wouldn’t have more than a single paint window to keep noise out. I was really surprised and disappointed by the hair I found in his drain in and between the sheets. I was so tired and it had been so late. I would’ve asked for another room as it was I slept on top of the sheets. But what really took it over the top is i I went into the bathroom late at night and shut the door so the light wouldn’t bother the other person in the room, and on the wall behind the door was poop a big smear of poop. I must say, though the staff is very friendly the times I did interact with them

One night stay with family. Staff helpful. Hotel is outdated, small shower/bathroom combo. Toiletries were dirty, had to ask for towels. Phone did not work.
