Place was nasty. Holes in walls, ceilings coming down, dirty sinks, bathrooms dirty. Blow drys in most rooms do not work and fall off the wall. Terrible experience

Who ever cleans the rooms go a horrible job. . I honestly don’t know where to start. Well the first room they put us in was so dirty . It even has a lot of hair on and around the sink. Part of the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom. Floors were dirty and the faucet and the mirrors look like they were never touched. And there was much more. So they put us in another room by again… whoever cleans must not know how to clean or needs glasses. Looks like the might be cleaning the mirrors with a dirty towel or something. Again floors were dirty. The whole place needs to cleaned and updated. Walks are very nasty and should have been painted a long time ago. The owner obviously doesn’t care about his business.

Rooms need to be cleaned better!!!! Had no toilet paper….in two nights I had to get 6 keys due to malfunction. Staff was awesome helping with keys etc but facility is not clean at all

My initial contact was great. The front desk assistant was amazing. I was put in Rm100 which was horrendous. I was going to go back to the front desk but I had business to attend to. The carpet was torn, had a hole in it. The towels had holes in it. The toilet seat had an oval cover with a round bowl. The sides of the ledge was peeling. The mirror was dirty/smudged. I had never received such a yucky room but I couldn't change it because I was pressed for time. This room was TRULY horrendous

It was OK for a 1 night stay. There was no toilet paper hanger in bathroom; bathroom door had major scrapes/gouges in it; mattress needed to be replaced.

Took awhile to get checked in even though I booked ahead and the hotel wasn't busy. Exterior lights didn't come on when it got dark so timers need to be reset also the hotel maid service shouldn't come around knocking and asking if you are checking out which I found to be unusual and rude.

This property was advertised as a hotel; it is in fact a motel, as in the rooms face the outside. None of the online pictures accurately showed the property for what it is, which feels disingenuous. The room was all right if a little aged. The plumbing for the tub and shower was inscrutable.

They’ve done a good job renovating this old property. Clean convenient affordable.

The front desk person who checked us inwas very helpful especially when our room was dirty. She got switched with few issues.

The heating system was noisy in the room and the room was starting to show wear

Check in was excellent. Greeted with enthusiasm and an excellent resource

Beer bottle from previous tenant left in bathroom towels were dirty room smelled like cigarettes but is nonsmoking

Room was dirty, poorly maintained. Door to bathroom was basically falling off hinges. Cobb webs in every corner. Brown stain in bathtub. Should be higher standards for price.

I was totally disappointed in the total appearance of room 100. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Cigarette burns on bathroom countertop. sink was totally decayed and missing porcelain coating The HVAC system was entirely too loud and interrupted sleep. I was very glad I brought my own slippers because I did not feel the carpet was clean at all. my overall rating would be one out of five stars and that’s a stretch. Should I have occasion to be in Warrenton again I would not stay at your venue. there was a $50 charge for incidentals for both rooms I rented, which was not explained prior to tell you the truth. This hotel hardly meets the reputation of the name Wyndham.
