Arrived mid afternoon for one night stay . Check in staff not very welcoming but our room overlooking the main road was large , modern , clean & had everything you would need. We returned later in the evening & had a drink in the bar which was very quiet & after we were served there was no serving staff at the bar or reception , so it was off to bed . Other guests arrived at the bar but I believe gave up waiting to be served . Breakfast coffee was excellent , adequate display of baked goods etc. but the breakfast room & the main areas of the Hotel seemed soulless. We would not return .

Very nice hotel, just steps from the beautiful Chateau de Maintenon. The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with nice large windows. I had dinner and breakfast, and the food was very good. Highly recommended.

We booked this hotel as it had EV chargers on arrival we were informed that the chargers had all be removed and when I asked if I could connect to an electrical socket in the underground car park I was categorically told no and that there were NO EV charging facility in this hotel. When we ask to book the restaurant we were told that no food was served on Mondays. BTW there were no local restaurant opened either. All together a terrible experience.

Plenty of parking on site, very comfortable rooms and a short walk into the main square with many restaurants and small shops.

Super hotel. But no restaurant. On the monday, no where was open for evening meal. We had to drive to Chartres. Disappointed that the hotel didn't have a restaurant.

Lovely hotel in a quaint village right next to a castle! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Large bed, modern bathrooms with heated towel rack, lots of space ! Restaurant downstairs is ok ( not great) if you can- dine in one of the cafes in town!

Do not do business with this property. I was reserving three rooms for my traveling group however by the time I went to reserve the third room it was no longer available. I immediately called the hotel to ask if it was Ok to cancel and get a refund (non-refundable) since they could not accommodate. The man I spoke with said yes but I have to call ******* so they can process the refund. After weeks of back and forth they eventually denied my refund. They also repeatedly pretended they couldn't speak English whenever I called. I even had my manager who is French call them. I was lied to so I do not recommend doing business with them. This kind of behavior alludes to desperate business practices so there is no telling what they might do in other circumstances. Absolutely unacceptable, rude, and not a place I will ever book again.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful village location with all facilities - and right next to a stunning chateau! The rooms were modern and clean and very spacious (superior room). Huge walk in shower as well as bath. Lovely dressing room area and very comfortable bed.

Beautiful hotel well located with the Castle at walking distance for an impressive visit. Very friendly staff always smiling. Excellent customer service. Great breakfast buffet. The room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. We enjoyed the nice pool area and sauna. Also very close to the beautiful town Chartres. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel offering spa amenities and is close to the Castle Maintenon. The staff as well as the Director are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room is clean. If you are looking for an hotel at Maintenon or near Chartres, this hotel is recommended.

Nice hotel with dining and spa amenities Restaurant seemed a bit pricey for what it was but nice clean large rooms and girl in the breakfast buffet super friendly No one explained there was a pool or how to work the lights with the key could be a bit more informative

Poor choice of food for the evening meal, it hasn't changed for ages and is not very imaginative. We stayed here on our way south and then 3 weeks later on our return and the menu was exactly the same. Breakfast was equally poor with overcooked pastries and a poor selection of cereal. And they didn't even have ordinary tea, just a selection of infusions that I would not even call tea. We will be looking at staying somewhere else in future.

The price-quality ratio was not good. Considering that the location of the hotel and its standard of cleaning, I found it very expensive. We had a triple room which was supposed to be 30 square metres, however, it felt much smaller. What did bother me was the standard of cleaning, the public areas where neat, but the room itself had a lot of dust, there were some rubbish of the previous customer on the floor and some of the towels seemed to have mold stains in them. The breakfast wasn’t great either, though the croissants were excellent. On the positive side, the staff was nice, there was underground parking and the pool and fitness room were nice.
