Beautiful resort in a remote place. Get ready for high end pricing. Food is nice, but for the price average. There was a special dinner during the time of our visit, starring a Michelin chef from Zwitserland. That dinner was extremely disappointing. Breakfast is high end. Spa services are extremely overpriced, but good quality (but in nice resorts in Ubud they are comparable and half price). One big remark: the pool temperature (public pool and private pool) is too low. And staff is not able to fix it. For such a property quite a faux pas. Forget your floating breakfast; you will not be able to stay in the water till the end. Shuttle service limited and stops after 3 pm (so you won’t go anywhere else😉). Taxi is easy alternative by the way. 30 minutes till center.

We book a villa with 2 bedroom. First room has bath tub + shower room, for 2nd room shower only. The first room very very nice, big bed & very soft. Including private swimming pool, and have outdoor living room, dining table & small kitchen set. The villa price is affordable compare to another nearby. I stay on November which is on wet weather, so on night time have a lots of laron, quite shock on the morning because I experienced the outdoor full of laron 😵💫 But the helper come to clean it away directly when we ask. It’s ubud ~ we blend with nature living.

The first time in Bali we had booked 4 nights of this hotel. What awaited us at the entrance to this facility was absolutely fantastic. Within seconds, we felt like we were in another world. The peace, the mega great facility, the room, the view, the great food, the incredible friendliness that we met from now on. All evening we had dinner at the hotel. The food was absolutely fantastic. Two times we took the free hotel shuttle in the direction of Ubud. We did not use the fitness center and yoga class, but it is also very sophisticated. We can absolutely recommend the hotel and would also come back a second time.

Recommended if you want to heal in nature. It's a relatively old room, but it gives a warm healing, not an old feeling. Landscaping in the resort The hotel embraces guests both in the morning and at night, and the staff provide a bright smile and uncompromising service throughout their stay. The structure is out of the chaos and surrounded by greenery and nature. All the staff welcomed us very well and made us feel at home, helping us to organize any excursion we had in mind. The dinner on site was also very good. Finally, waking up, looking out and admiring that view was magnificent.

The three of us booked two rooms, but we still slept on one bed. It would still be scary if one person experiences sleeping in the same room. In the middle of the night, a group of little spirits will come out and scream~~~ The alarm clock in the morning ⏰ is nature’s wake-up service [smiley face] At night, the staff will come and organize the bedtime ritual. There are three layers in total, one layer of bamboo mats and two layers of thickened gauze. We can think about whether we will be carried away by mosquitoes, and other issues. After all, designers who spent hundreds of millions must be more comprehensive than we thought. We can only feel everything that nature brings to us. No matter what, other staff will provide comprehensive services for us, just enjoy[strong] Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served by Michelin stars breakfast time I was given everything on the menu, so I ate slowly. I didn’t dare to take it from the buffet, for fear of overfilling [smiley face] The hotel and food are good👍 hotel requirements 1. Only 2 people can stay in each room 2. Extra bed service is not accepted 3. Minors are not allowed to stay

The location is in the middle of nowhere, so you have to rely on the hotel's food options. Alternatively, you can order food from Ubud via Gojekfood. The food in the hotel is only mediocre, not very tasty. The villa had almost no internet reception as the WiFi signal was very poor. And our pool had a hole where water constantly gushed out. Otherwise the view in the room is beautiful and you feel like in the jungle. The pool is very large and the outdoor bathroom was very nice. The overall concept is very good, but it all seems somehow ”intended but not skillful”. It's nice that you can order everything from the restaurant to your room. The staff is very friendly. However, breakfast is always a menu choice, which I personally didn't like that much. The Australian breakfast was served on a burger bun instead of toast.. :-D you should simply make a list for personal selection here. What was particularly good was that we were offered a free breakfast box to take with us, otherwise we would miss our breakfast because of a tour. Good service.

The location of the hotel is far away from the hustle and bustle, and it is a clean place. The service of the hotel is good, but it is very difficult to contact him to pick up the airport. On Ctrip, there is only a phone number and no e-mail address; but they can’t understand each other when they make a phone call; in desperation, they have to call a car by themselves. Let’s talk about the room: the room is big, without air conditioning, but it’s completely unnecessary, and the breeze blows gently, making it very comfortable; the bathroom is in a very romantic place, semi-outdoor, but it’s impossible to take a bath because there’s not enough hot water , put 1/3 is cold water. I tried for 2 days and it didn't work

Bali has a lot of beautiful hotels from the rice fields of Ubud, to the beaches of Nusa Dua, the cliffs of Ulawatu to the busy streets of Kuta. I've been to Bali 3x and tried 4 hotels and by far this is the best hotel I've booked and lucky we did. It exceeded our expectations way beyond we can imagine. We went off season in early December so the hotel is not fully booked. We felt it's our own private villa - the privacy is spot on. The hotel is about 20 mins from Ubud Center and 1.5 hrs from Denpasar. The price is really affordable for our standard room at just 80 SGD per night plus breakfast. We took a private car going to hotel and coming back we took the hotel's free shuttle service from Ubud Palace. The lobby is amazing - spacious, clean, and refreshing. The hotel's décor is Balinese with a touch of European design. The yellowish white marbles were very shiny and elegant. They even have a Grand Piano which I tried and a Balinese Gembalan. The lobby itself has an amazing view of the jungle and the river Ayung that runs through it. The check in is fast and quick and we got amazing Pineapple fruit juice and cold towels provided to refresh us. We were booked in the 1F just right from the lobby and our room is standard with a King size bed and free breakfast. The room is ginormous - feels like an apartment. Like the whole hotel, the decor is Balinese/European inspired and the floors are made of marble. I really love the Balinese woman painting in our room. As you enter the cabinets to your left has a safety lock and slippers are provided. The mini bar has coffee/tea/complimentary bottled water provided and it has mini ref. To your right stands the might toilet which has tub, toilet and sink and it is massive. Toiletries are also provided and i really love their frangant soap. The tub, which is very big/clean and easy to fill-up water and toilet bowl has divider. The water pressure is really strong. The TV is placed in a cabinet and it has both local and cable channels. The wi-fi is really fast compared to other hotels I've stayed in Bali. The study table is really posh and elegant specially that lovely lamp shade. The King size bed is really clean, comfortable, soft and relaxing - 4 pillows provided and it has power outlets and lampshades on both sides. White/Yellow Plumeria Rubra which is really very fragrant. Situated beside the bed there is also a chair and side table and complimentary fruit basket provided on our first day. To top it off the balcony really seals the deal - a complete bird's eye panoramic view of the Ubud rainforest and the River Ayung, Bali's longest river that flows throught it. There is a river rafting actvity on this river and I could see the rafts and the cheering tourists on it - really unique experience. An abundance of birds are also endlessly flying through this forest. The pool is really the crown of this hotel.
