OYO Flagship 1034 Pondok Mulia Guest House Syariah

To be honest, I was given a bad room, number 105, I wanted to ask for another room, it wasn't given, the toilet wasn't cleaned, there was still dirt, the sink was damaged, leaking underneath, when I checked in the room hadn't been swept, it was still covered in dust, there were even fake nails scattered around, when I entered to the front area there is also cat dung, the sheets and pillows don't match the picture, they feel really rotten, the bed also makes noises and isn't comfortable to move when sleeping, the AC isn't cold either, the toilet isn't so clean that there are worms, it's my first time staying at OYO but I can people like this don't want to stay here anymore and the lights are dim, it's really scary when you enter, the glass in the room and the toilet are never cleaned, it's really sad, I really regret staying here where the price on the application doesn't match the original price so we have to add more, basically regret it stayed here once
