My visit was pleasant because of Omaria. She was very hospitable and displayed the best customer service that could be given. Even though there were other cons that this hotel had such as garage parking that was a little awkward, stained carpets, but Omaria was that pro that balances out this hotel. The greeting was warm, her spirit was benign, and her customer service was impeccable. Most people use the pandemic as an excuse to be rude but thank God for people such as her.

I volunteered for the CIAA week in Baltimore and was greeting by a fantastic hotel ambassador named Omaira Gibbens. I did not know there was such a position, but she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thank you Holiday Inn and Omaira!!!

I booked a 2 night stay back in June. The first room we received had roaches, large and small. We found about 6 within the first half hr of being in the room. There were numerous stains on the sheets and pillows and even found a baby roach within the sheets. Went to the front desk to request another room, supposedly this new room was an upgrade. It looked exactly like the first room we were in, the only difference was instead of the 4th floor we were on the 11th floor. This new room reeked of cigarette smoke, even had a cigarette burnt mark on the nightstand table. We just dealt with the room at that point. I *****ped the bed of the sheets and use the blanket I brought from home. I regret booking. Pictures are from the first room we were placed in. I did email management, who only provided a generic response to my issues. I will not be back or be booking any hotels from the IHG group.

The Holiday Inn is conveniently located near the Royal Farms Arena. hospitality was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Issues were addressed immediately. Omaria was a wonderful host and a joy. The restaurant breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and professional. . I would definitely recommend this Location. -Shelby

Este hotel es super recomendado. Estuvimos 3 personas en una habitación doble espectacular, muy limpia. El hotel super central y maravilloso para una zona muy bonita para caminar y cenar y comprar y tomar fotos, etc. Y lo mejor de todo, el servicio en el lobby de Markilda de Panamá en inglés y español es inigualable. Felicitaciones al hotel por tener estas personas maravillosas para atender a sus huéspedes. Volveremos sin duda una y mil veces. Es un excelente lugar con empleados hermosos.
