The security guard was extremely helpful. Housekeeping took several hours to bring towels. I requested them at 8:30am and did not receive them until 1pm. Trash was not dump upon arrival

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, spacious room and fantastic location. My only complaint was there was some mold on the grout right around the tub and shower curtain was slightly ripped around one of the holes by the rod.

The overall stay was good and I felt safe. The only issue I had was that my husband ended up getting food poisoning around 3 am and could not get anyone on the phone and no one was in the lobby so I could get some cleaning supplies. When I tried concierge phone line about the 4th time someone rude answered and said they don't have cleaning supplies. I was a little taken aback since it is a hotel. I did my best with what I had which was basically towels in the bathroom. I know for next time I go anywhere now is to bring some disinfecting wipes. I would stay here again though

Check in was slow as there was only one receptionist behind the desk & many guests trying to check in. Bar closed at 9pm so after our concert we could not get a nightcap at the hotel. TV in our room did not work.

Exceptionally beautiful hotel; however, not “functional” for a family. Room slept 6 (including old bunk beds). Bathroom soap dispensers were not kid-accessible. Although we had 6 in the room, we received 3 sets of towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. Neither coffee nor microwave in room. Coffee was located in lobby but no cream available and only from 6-10am. Valet parking was the only option the hotel gave and it was an extra $50/night. Lobby is actually on the 2nd floor of the hotel so when you walk in on the 1st floor, you only get greeted by a security guard who claimed not to know anything about the hotel. Bar service at night was…interesting; however breakfast service and food was great albeit costly for eggs and bacon.Again, it’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel….but for a family traveling we would have preferred more amenities included and less “fancy” wallpaper.

The elevator floor was sticky and the elevator has a pungent smell. The shower water is barely warm. The room did not have a remote for the television and it took the staff more than 2 hours to bring me a remote for the television. The only extra amenity is two bottles of water if you’re an IHG member.

Hotel and staff were excellent. The on-site restaurant was struggling with staff shortage. However the staff that were there were phenomenal. Tried a burger and wings from the limited menu and they were so good. Wished I could have had more!

The bed was creaky and old and uncomfortable. The carpet was wet in different spots.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the Inner Harbor-Baltimore. The service was impeccable.

My family and I have stayed at other Kimpton properties before, however the Kimpton Monaco Towers Baltimore was not what we expected at all. The location is not at Inner Harbor although the description would suggest it is. We were booked for 8 nights. Due to flights delays we arrived around midnight for check in. With a family of 6 traveling with 2 smaller kids under 4, we were surprised that there were no staff to greet us and the entrance is closed at that time and only accessible with a key pass. After waiting for a few minutes in the cold with our tired kids, finally someone arrived to let us into the building. We were told there was no valet available at that time and to park across the street. Later the next day, the valet staff advised that we should not have parked the car where it was left because of the type of vehicle and the area was not considered safe. We left the next day to visit friends in another state and were away for 2 days. We were most surprised when we returned to find that the room had not been cleaned and food containers that we had left 2 days before, were still in the room. No beds made, no towels although the reservation indicated 6 guests. Issues like this continued for the remainder of the trip. The rooms are in desperate need of a refresh as mattresses are slumped in the middle and uncomfortable, and furniture is visibly worn and in need of change out. Body wash container was near empty and we had to request replacement. Do not stay here.

My bridal party and I got ready at this hotel! It was just so beautiful! Staff was friendly! The inly bad thing I have to say was the water pressure in the shower was extremely high and made a mess in the bathroom. Other than that, a great place to stay!

I'd have to say this is one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The entrance is quite grand, an old railroad terminal, the lobby on the first floor was nice as well. My one suggestion since a lot of folks haven't stayed in a hotel that needs key card elevator access, front desk people please tell everyone about this when you check them in. We got in the elevator and couldn't get to our floor and thought we were trapped for a scary few mins then had to go back to the lobby to ask what was going on as did another family. Other than that our stay was really lovely. The $10 a person for breakfast was worth it and we also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was really nice :) I wish I had gotten the pizza as they all looked great :) They have a discount menu from 4-6pm also. Though the valet parking was $50 it felt totally worth it not to have to worry about our vehicle. We were visiting for a concert at the CFG arena and it was an easy 0.3 mile walk that was well lit. I do think we will stay here again if we want to visit the inner harbor or attend another concert.

The hotel & our room was beautiful we had a great time. The food and drinks in the restaurant were very good. My only complaint was it took a while to get service in the restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly but the service was very slow.
