出差巴馬，隨便選擇了這間酒店，照片顯示特別新，結果房間出奇的差。
入住期間發現棚頂的燈帶短路，冒黑煙，差點着火，我給前台打電話，上來的服務員根本就沒有經過任何培訓，説也聞到一股燒焦的味道，隨後讓我自己下前台去換房（説明他們根本就不懂得服務，覺得這個是正常現象），我給前台打電話，也説讓我自己去換房（看來酒店上上下下都覺得這件事特別正常，正常到我需要自己下樓換房間），後來我生氣了，和他們説，“你們的房間都快着火了，還要我自己折騰去前台換房，毫無服務可言”
要不是這個價位，我真是要寫一篇論文來罵他們。

昨晚中班的前台服務態度很差，既然選擇服務行業就要做好自己的本職工作，而不是擺着一副高高在上的嘴臉服務顧客，本來是來這邊出差打算住一個星期的，就這樣的服務不住也罷

設施，房間大小，衞生都挺不錯，就是我入住的那間房，洗浴花灑老舊了，不方便洗澡，水壓也不是很大。不過在巴馬這個價位屬於性價比高的了
