民宿酒店，因為剩最後一間，房間很小，但還算乾淨，停車要到公共停車場，走路兩分鐘，離老城很久，方便。是用鑰匙開房門，晚上回來晚還要自己開大門

Beware or do not expect anything for your money! I highly do not recommend this accommodation. The owners were very unpleasant, hostile and unfriendly. We need to cancel our stay because of the illness. They did not answer our request by email to cancel for free (according to their policy) and didn' t answer the phone, so we needed to call them the other day, and they told us it is to late to cancel without the charge. But in case they would answer our mail promptly, we should get our money back. They charged us the full amount. They didn 't want to get us even a very small discount. The owner send us very awful email, in which she insulted us. It was really horrible experience. The reason was definitely that we are not Germans. I could no believe they would dare to communicate the way they did to us to customers orginally from Germany. They should learn communication basics with customers or not provide accommodation to turists!!! We would never choose this accommodation again, although Bamberg is a very beautiful city.

Exceptional hotel, very quiet even though we were on the Main Street. Lovely friendly staff and room had great facilities. Would certainly recommend. The shower facilities and storage great room size perfect for a couple, TV and coffee facilities available.

While this hotel is centrally located and has lots of space, there were several problems. After the first night they took the remote for the A/C so we had to open the windows. With no screens on the windows this let in moths and mosquitoes. They had a breakfast in the morning which only two of our party ever had (and one day not at all) and they charged us for all days for all of our party! Then, they told us we were “dirty in the bathroom” and should “leave a large tip”. We hung up our towels every day, never asked for new ones, so we aren’t sure why. One of our party was sick in the night and we can only presume it is that we didn’t clean the toilet?? But they have staff for that?? We plan to return to Bamberg, but will choose a different hotel in the future.

Alles perfekt. Einziges kleines Manko: Lift nur benutzbar, wenn Hotelpersonal anwesend ( nachvollziehbare sicherheitsgründe). Architektur & Deko toll. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und topp Qualitaet. Personal sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit

Das kleine Hotel in einem schönen Haus liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Im Bad war alles vorhanden was man erwartet. Das Bett was bequem und auch Kissen und Decke angenehm. Der Knaller ist das Frühstück. Super abwechslungsreich, auch mit großer vegetarischer und veganer Auswahl. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden! Die Servicekräfte waren alle total nett und sehr aufmerksam. Ich empfehle es auf jeden Fall weiter und komme bestimmt wieder!

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt hier. Das Hotel ist originell, gemütlich, hervorragend für Altstadtbesuche, freundlich. Nach der kürzlichen Renovierung noch stylischer und schöner. Die Zimmer sind sehr individuell gestaltet, sogar ein kleiner Fahrstuhl wurde neu eingebaut

Ich kann mich der Bewertung von 625rolfg nur anschließen! Super schönes Haus, zentral mitten in Bamberg gelegen mit geschmackvoll, bis ins Details durchdachten Zimmern. Sehr nette Chefin, lieb angerichtetes reichliches leckeres Frühstück. Die Tiefgarage liegt um die Ecke, 9,50€ pro Tag. Wenn Bamberg dann wohnbar! Danke.
