My wife and I went to bed at 9:30. our tv was off and we were asleep. At 2:30 AM our phone rang and woke us up. They said they had a noise complaint. I was not happy. come to find out the next morning the noise was from their kitchen. My room was paid for when i got the reservation. When we got home i see a charge for the room on my wifes debit card. They used her card for incidentals and swiped it for the room also. This was not a pleasant stay.

The property was nice. What didn’t like was the noise where my room was children making too much noise.

Roomy with plenty amenities including microwave, mini-fridge, and even a hair dyer, ironing board, and iron in evry room. However, the cuisine served for the complementary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired because the extra cost over other local hotels/motels in the area id not justified by what is actually served. Even a local fast food or Service Center near the hotel's location such as Racetrack or T&A would have been better.

Our staff was ok there was bad stains on one of the beds and the room was really musty when we arrived had to spray it down really good.

The property was clean. The breakfast offered was good. The price is too high for location.

The rooms were well kept and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was comfortable .Was attending class reunion and hotel was very convient. I felt it was a little pricey for a 2 star hotel.

The bed was a little too soft and the water pressure for the shower was very weak. The facilities were very clean and the staff was very professional.

The hotel is new but it does not appear to be clean. There is an odor throughout the hotel. It also feels damp throughout. Our room was very humid and the air did not work properly. The bathroom was also not very clean. I would not stay here again. I was also charged more than what I was quoted through the app.

We arrived very late and of course the computer was acting up. The young woman at the front desk was amazing and made sure that even though she was having issues getting us checked in, we didn’t have to wait. She made us keys and let us sleep. I also liked that they had grab and go breakfast sandwiches for the breakfast.
