The rooms was not only unclean, but also the hotel in general is not a good pick. Old and dirty rooms, with poor front desk support. Seems like a business going downhill

Went here for a saturday dinner with husband. We are regular here. Food at Ging is amazing at always! The live music here is a cherry on the cake. You must try the asian cuisine. Special shout out to Pinky Singh for her wonderful and friendly service.

Service was outstanding, food was great at Ging there was good positive vibes and i would recommend for business travellers, the house keeping was too good the room was also as expected all can go with family , it's a can always be a good experience........👍🏻

I would say that this is the best business hotel as it is located at the centre of the city which is helpful with the metro station nearby and the rooms are also very tidy, they even give u a complimentary drink and the breakfast has a variety of options and is tasty, I've stayed in the hotel for 3 days and i loved the staff there who were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very good and were always available as the check in process was also smooth, the room and the service was exceptional, the ging restaurant on the rooftop was amazing and it had a good view of the city nearby, ambience was also great , overall loved the experience

The Pan Asian food was really Yumm and really authentic. We were attended by Pinky Singh, she was really helpful, cordial and welcoming. The place is totally worth for celebrating your special occasion with spectacular view and amazing staff.

Lovely hotel with ambience, me and my family loved the lunch buffet at pinxx it had a variety of options and the deserts were very tasty would recommend that and the rooms were sparkling clean and neat, the choice of snacks were good...... everything was great

Best staff as they care a lot about their guests, food quality was great and up to the mark and I'm glad that I stayed in this hotel for my business event as it was easy for me because it was at the centre of the city and the metro was close by, rooms were clean and tidy too.. thank you for ur amazing service

My experience was pretty good, the staff were professional with their work, the room was clean smelled fresh, the breakfast buffet was excellent because their was a lot of varieties and personally I loved the dessert.......had a comfortable stay👍

Stayed in this hotel for around 3 to 4 days and it was a good experience the location was perfect for me as the metro station was nearby , the carpet was a little smelly but overall everything was great, the breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful and made me feel comfortable..... Thank you

The hotel is actually great and spacious including the rooms, the location is very central and is close to many shopping spots and metro station which is great, I actually didn't expect the rooms to be this spacious and very hygienic...................the staffs were also really good👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Tasty Food. Ordered Garglic freid ruce and sizzling hakka paneer for the di nner. Excellent service by Ms Pinki Singh. Ambience is excellent. The resto is situated at the top floor with a excellent view of bengaluru city. ...................

I had a good experience at the hotel, the room smells fresh and the breakfast was well managed by the staff and also the hotel staff were really helpful couldn't have asked for more, we had a very great time there, thank you for your would surely visit again

Best Hotel. My personal experience at the Royal Orchid Central Hotel was very much memorable. when I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service.. The room and corridors are clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep and one of the highlights of my stay was the food which was delicious at the ging restaurant at the rooftop, I would highly recommend it for dinner as there is live music sometimes during dinner, the staff made me feel quite comfortable. And also PINXX restaurant food is very good. The ambitiousness of everything is very good. Highly recommended.
