Good location easy to go closed by public transport but My bed room too hot toilet too far away

I like the silence of the place, it's cleanliness also it is so near with the MRT stations. The rooms was good and cheaper than any other but you have your own quiet time. Good to those solo travelers who just want to rest from tiring trips. This place offers rest.

I stayed in this hostel/hotel for nearly two weeks. The room is very small and is okay for one person. It features a desk with a table and TV. The TV had very poor picture quality. The shower and toilet area can be a walk away if you're not nearby. The showers and toilets were very clean with shower gel and shampoo being provided in the showers. There is a washing machine but there was a charge to use this. There is no fridge area or cooking facilities. The disappointing aspect of this hostel is that the beds are very very hard. Also they charge to use the pool area and gym which I think is not good.

Very D here. The a**osphere is very good. Like privacy, clean, very good service staff. The room and price are very good.

I opened my first experience of sleeping in a hostel and was very impressed. The price is not high. There is a secure keycard system inside. And there are security cameras installed all around. The location is good, close to the BTS, the room is clean, overall good. The first thing is stuck. Check-in took a very long time. Waited for almost half an hour. Some customers waited almost 40 minutes (I heard them complaining). We received a key card that did not match the room type they reserved. Went up and called the hotel, no one answered the phone. In conclusion, no one has entered the system to see if there are people there or not. Randomly took the room that was given. Then said that someone would bring the key card to change it for me. In conclusion, I had to go down and change it myself again because I waited for a long time and no one came to change it for me. Second, the elevator near the room couldn't be used. And thirdly When we went to check out, there was only one guest and one of us, but 3 employees helped with only one customer, walking around, not paying attention to other customers at all.
