Once more this hotel continues to provide wonderful service.In addition to the magnificent service in the Executive Lounge on the 24th Floor I also appreciate the service at breakfast on the 7th Floor as they remember my preferences.I also have started to use the hotel transportation service to bring me from outside Bangkok to the hotel.Perfect.Thank you.

Check in process is never ending. The hotel is not close to any shopping area. The laundry service is very lazy & it takes at least two days to get one’s laundry clothes back. The breakfast spread is really disappointing & one needs to get in the queue for the breakfast as the hotel is always overcrowded. One would expect the breakfast menu to include more options considering it’s a five star property. The only plus point is the cleanliness of the hotel

I stay at this hotel on a very regular basis and for very good reasons.They remember who I am and really try hard to be flexible.I would really recommend upgrading to the executive floor as it is very good value.The food served on the 24th floor Business Lounge is as good as anywhere I have been.

You have to take into account this is bangkok... Terminal 21 mall is right next door , also is squalor slums.. Spectacular staff, and ultra clean.. breakfast buffet is top notch. Parking was ample, convenient and safe.. The only downside of this place is that they're a bit of a slum next door, and A vacant lot with homeless in tents.. . Again, it's bangkok.. We never got hit up by beggars, or felt unsafe..

Perhaps because it had just reopened, we were completely unprepared. Even though it was an Accor flat, it was not reflected in the system and the bedding and towels in the room looked old. Even though two weeks have passed since check-out, Accor Points stays are not reflected. This hotel never responded even if I emailed it 4 times.

As this was a day to day situation, I was very grateful that they offered to upgrade the room. As the days went by, it became clear that we were going to stay for the long term, and the staff were absolutely wonderful! After two days, the hotel management announced that they would only charge the government 2000 baht per day for accommodation and three meals per day! This certainly made everyone's stay a little easier. In addition, after much effort by the concierge and their colleagues, some flights were booked out of Bangkok. Sometimes we have too much to do and rightly need a good hotel, and are quick to complain when they get something wrong. Thank you so much to Sofitel Sukhumvit for making it easy for all of us in such a difficult situation.
