Advantages:
-Near To Many Golf Courses
-15 minutes walk to Fashion Island Shopping Mall
-15 minutes walk to nearest Red Line BTS Outer Ring
-5 minutes walk across to few good dining restaurants
Disadvantages:
-Collection of 500 baht compulsory
-No Tootbrushes Available, Bring Yours or Purchase Early Before Arrive
-No Shower Curtain As It Has Bath Tub, Slippery Wet Floor Once You Shower As You Need To Climb In & Out Of Bath Tub
-No Slip Mat, Management To Be Prepare For Any Injury Insurance Costing Sue When In-house Slip & Fall Inside Toilet Due To Unsafety Wet Floor.
-To Prepare To Check Bedsheet First As Front Counter Initially Wanted To Charge 200 Baht For Stain Occurred.
-Room Key Still Attached With Key Lock

500 baht unexpected deposit despite having a prepaid room. Quite steep considering room cost and being prepaid.
Location is good if you want/need to be near fashion island.
Shower was old. Shower head looked rusty.
AC was okay.
Would consider staying again only if I really needed to be next to fashion island otherwise I would not.

They don’t give good room to online bookings they asked me to pay there rac rate difference for same categories room on ground floor .where my father had some leg pain also . I had to pay the difference to shift done

The service was very good. They ordered a Grab Taxi for us and it was on time and cheap. They also had free coffee in the foyer.

Very good Hotel... Clean,friendly and good service.
Not the best location in Bangkok for tourists since it is pretty far from all the action in the center...
But everything is there in neighberhood you need...
Includingva very big shoppingmall nearby.

Very good. I went from Pathum Khlong Luang because I took my child to visit Siam Park. My daughter was very drunk..so chose to take a motorbike...Convenient parking. Clean rooms. Staying for 2 is the place. At first, I thought that if I didn't clean it, I would have to take the child back. Clean it properly..What chance would there be to use the service again?

The room is good, very large, complete with all the equipment, only a hairdryer is missing. The room doesn't keep much sound.
