Zenith Sukhumvit Hotel

I had a wonderful stay with a nice room, beautiful view, and excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to compliment Jack and his manager from the Front Office team. They made my stay extra special by surprising me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Their kindness, attention to detail, and warm hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest.

People who do not speak foreign languages can still comfortably travel with their families to receive medical services. We stayed at the nearest hotel to the hospital, and it was truly excellent. The service was very friendly, the environment was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Countries with well-developed tourism are truly comfortable, safe, and convenient for visitors

The hotel is old, and is situated in a very busy street. The bedsheets were dirty when we arrived but then they changed after we called the reception. Good breakfast with fresh omelette and fruits and halal food. Good location near BTS. There is good spa.

I booked the hotel 2 rooms 3 nights and 1 room 1 night under 3 separate bookings in advance and I wish if I could cancel the booking as the staff was not cooperative, the air con was not cooling and after 2 times complaining they sent staff for checking and then changed my room, the air-conditioning was also poor. Pool was not operational during my all days stay. No power switch near bed for mobile or laptop charging, they provided wire extension which was loose and for every complaint the staff said sorry with a smile (I feel they were helpless)

I’ve stayed at this hotel regularly over the past six years for its good location (near to Hospital) and halal breakfast, but my recent visits (last 2/3 visit) were disappointing. Many advertised amenities were missing (no toothbrush/toothpaste), and the rooms feel outdated. The bathroom fittings are old, and I even encountered cockroaches. Electrical sockets were mostly non-functional, with only one inconveniently placed working outlet. The hair dryer was low quality and gave off a burning smell. Breakfast quality was inconsistent—good on some days, but poorly maintained and not refilled properly on others. At its current price, it doesn’t offer good value. I would only consider it worthwhile below 1,700 THB per night. Despite its location advantages, I’ll likely explore other nearby options going forward.

Location was excellent

Great stay, lovely staff , so much choice for breakfast. Food at the restaurant is also good. I especially like that the hotel allows long term baggage storage.

Perfect Hotel with a nice roof top Pool and a beautiful view. Only 350m from metro station and 200m from party areal.
