Modest room, but nice hotel, staff and veranda.
There is coffee, cutlery, a washing machine and a cute kitten ;)

The room is clean, the store is polite and welcoming, and the location is super good. The Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Chinatown, and Khao San Road are all within walking distance, but they all need to be walked for about 1.5 kilometers.

We had been spending a couple of nights in this hotel and enjoyed our stay. The room had all that we needed and was clean. Location wise we were in a walkable distance to the grand palace, temples and to a party street (forgot the name of it). Tom at the reception was always friendly and patient and gave heaps of advices whenever we had questions. Greetings Simon and Rossella
