I’m very very upset about this hotel .till the extend I check out the very next day morning .Rooms were so old stains on towel and totally as old as 15 years back when I stay there .I went to the counter to ask if there’s any adaptor for my charging the duty manager dare to shout at us saying this is not a department store and ask me go and buy .can’t they talk properly ? The bathroom is so shabby and stains all around .I’m totally very disturbed by this service and standard .I wish the hotel give me an answer is there any way to refund the accommodations but it by trip .com or the management

We took it for one night to see the capital. The hotel is good, the room is large, we lived on the 59th floor, the view is super - especially at night. Breakfast is varied and all world cuisines are represented. The area where the hotel is located is very crowded, there is heavy traffic, apparently this is some kind of trade center, as there are markets and various kinds of shopping centers everywhere.

今回は追加で宿泊、夜ソイ・ナナへ出かけました。車で10分程度の距離なので苦になりませんでした。 夜中に酔っぱらって帰りましたが、問題ありませんでした。 日中は最上階へ上る観光客で1階は混雑しています。

If I encounter a hotel in Macau, The hotel has to pay for oversold rooms, even if there is only the last presidential suite left, but this hotel asked me to pay more to upgrade the room, which was completely inconsistent with my understanding of the hotel industry, so I asked the little brother very unhappily: If you don’t have the room type I booked tonight, will you still not have it tomorrow? The little brother said it would be available tomorrow, so I firmly told the little brother that you must promise me to exchange it for me tomorrow! The boy immediately got scared and turned around to discuss with a woman in Thai. After the discussion, he came back and asked me, can I change you to a larger room where smoking is allowed? I said yes. Fellow compatriots who are planning to book this hotel, please note that everything about this hotel is okay, but please remember not to fall for this deceptive trick. The fault of the hotel being oversold lies with the hotel, not the guests. Don’t be fooled by them. If you add money to upgrade, the Chinese won’t be taken advantage of.

This time I stayed on the 67th floor. The long view from the room was spectacular. There was a night market right below the hotel that was open until late at night. There were also several 24-hour Thai restaurants, Seven-Elevens, massage parlors, markets, and malls nearby, so it was nice. The area around the hotel was Indian town, and many of the guests were Indian.

The room is so old, I can’t believe it’s a hotel in 2024

A/C seem not working But I was too tired to change the room. Flooding in restroom since the shower is clog up. 🥲🥲🥲

Convenient transportation, close to Krung Thong Plaza Platinum shopping area. Got a room with a very beautiful night city view. At night, go up to the 84th floor. Very beautiful, in the morning the buffet was delicious. Everything is good.
