Overall good, just disappointed that there's only one toilet for suite that we stayed in. Service is good, breakfast spread is reasonable but almost same dishes every day.

This hotel is in a great location not so far from many important locations in central Bangkok. Close walk to the central world and big c shopping centers. The hotel is nice with a good pool, amenities like spa and game rooms. The room is nice with a wonderful video of the city and a golf course. There is a kitchen, washing machine, dining table, and bathroom with a bathtub. The bed is not the most comfortable and it is confusing to figure out the hot/cold ratio showering though. Overall, nice experience!

Great location, glad to see the hotel facilities maintained well after covid -19 , the staff of hotel are friendly and helpful. This hotel would be the first option when I travel to Bangkok

The room is spacious, and the amenities are sufficient. Also, there are welcome drinks in the lobby for free. The staff is helpful. Recommend for family to stay here, as there are washing machine and living room.

Room was huge and clean. There is free coffee in the lobby even after breakfast hours which is great. Location is just a 5 minutes short walk to the Chit lom BTS station. The only downside was there was no hot water from the tap in the bath tub. Breakfast has many selection but food is average.

We were given a free upgrade to Executive Suit, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.
Facilities are good, and a small play room for our grandchild.
The gym room is also well equipped, as well as the swimming pool is a nice area to relax.
Grab is convenient and economical to bring us to shopping area.
We enjoy our stay!

Booked in advance and had great deal. The location, services, room and swimming pool are on point. Not so great breakfast but variety of choices for Asians.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights.
Pros:
1. Hotel check in was fast and efficient
2. Complimentary coffee tea at the lobby.
3. Room has a fridge, microwave and washing machine stocked with complimentary snacks (pictures). Refilled daily.
4. Everything works well in the room.
5. Nice pool.
Cons:
1. Buffet breakfast was mediocre. Food was not kept hot enough and some was cold. Limited options.
2. They don't clean the table before showing us to it and asked us to wait by the table for it to be cleared. Not a very appealing look to start of.
3. Waiters,waitresses and egg station were efficient but lacks the 'Thai smile'. My guessed was they were too busy as the hotel seemed to cater to tour groups.
4. The room has no blackout curtains as the design was wooden blinds. This is my personal opinion as I needed a blackout room.
Noise wise was ok. Quiet room.
