While the hotel itself and location was nice, the room I got was very loud. The room faced a very busy street. They actually supply earplugs because they know this room is so noisy. It was horrible! I guess you get what you pay for when you book through a 3rd party because they give you a lousy room.

The hotel was in a great location and it was downtown, so some noise is expected. However, it sounded like the downtown noise was in the room with us all night long on a Sunday night. At 2am, there was loud yelling and police sirens going off that woke us up. Also, parking is terrible. It's kitty corner in a public garage, and you use an app to pay $10, plus a $2.95 convenience fee. This is Ocala, FL not Manhatten, parking needs to be included for the price.

It was in a great location , but being said, it came with lots of noise from the streets. It was a weekend, and bars let out at 2 am. If you want great location stay here, but if you don’t want the bar close noise go elsewhere, , only other issue was parking, expensive for the convenience of parking on property. Had option to park across street in a public parking garage which was a little cheaper. I would stay again the location out weighs the late night noise.

I live near the hotel and went and stayed as a couples weekend. Enjoyed the downtown area. The hotel could use better repairs for flooring and our room had a crack in the sink. Our balcony room had a balcony shared by other rooms but no furniture on the balcony.

The biggest frustration here is parking and check in. There is very little signage to let you know that you are in the right place and hardly any direction on where to park, etc. We ended up in the correct lot, but all of your spaces where full. The solution from the front desk was to either keep it there and he would give us a phone number if we got ticketed (a royal pain when you are traveling) or to park in the circlular driveway of the hotel. We chose that, but worried all night that our car wouldn't be there in the morning. It was just weird.

This was my fourth stay. I enjoyed my first three. When I arrived there was no valet parking. I inquired at the desk about parking and was informed that the parking was in public garage about a block from the hotel. This was a pay lot. After much difficulty I was able to get a permit for a day. After I returned to the hotel there must have been 50 people waiting for the elevators which ran very slowly. The room was ok but the tv didn’t work. The hotel has gone downhill. I don’t recommend it.

Parking situation was beyond brutal. We drove around for several minutes each day on return trying to find a spot. Plan to spend 50$ per day if you need to park anywhere near. If lot is full ( as is usually the case as parking is shared with anyone who visits downtown) you’ll need to park at another lot different vendor for more /double $. There is no valet parking if you need accommodation. I was told to go to parking garage and look for “ Hilton guest” spaces- all were full of course- they’re still paid parking spaces. I should have stayed at other hotel with free parking. Rooms are pricy enough -plan on spending way more to park.

Property was ok. There should be a sign at the exterior building letting you know that the lobby is on the 2nd floor. You don’t know until you walk to the front door. The junior suite was okay. The room was not as clean as I would expect but the location was what I wanted. Beware, the door to the ajoining room was not sound proof so you can hear every conversation. If you need the sofa bed, they were no extra linens. The front desk previously told that it would be in the room. The front desk took 20 mins to get your extra linens after calling the front desk twice and stayed on hold for 10 mins.

The hotel is a convenient to for downtown. We decided to stay there for an event that happening downtown. Check-in seemed to go smooth, until we arrived at our room and the door was open to both the room and balcony. We noticed that there was dust everywhere and the ceiling had a fresh repair. We went back down to the hostess and she seemed confused, saving that the room had been released from repair, the housekeeper stated that room was unavailable. We waiting about 30 min in the lobby before our room was "cleaned." The room smelled like it had been cleaned but it certainly wasn't vacuumed. The bed was very firm. The sink had a massive crack in it and looked like they attempted to repair it. This hotel is relatively new, but it reminds me of the old hotels in Daytona. The saving grace for this place is the hotel bar and restaurant. We had some old fashioned cocktails and some flatbreads. The overall experience for the price of the room was well below expectations.

This was a decent hotel. It is on the 2nd-4th floors of a central building. Access into the hotel was only by elevator getting out stairs were available. This was not the best situation as the elevators were slow coupled by one out of order. Entrance should somehow be made easier. The location is excellent, right in the middle of town. The picture is accurate but a bit deceiving as the lower level is not part of the hotel.
