We chose Cinnamon Residence as our ASQ quarantine hotel for the mandatory fifteen night quarantine isolation upon entering Thailand from outside the country.  Cinnamon is a  basic, no-frills hotel.  Three meals a day, in plastic take-out containers were provided and dropped off on a chair outside our doors at 8:00, 12:00 and 17:00.   We chose all Thai food, as opposed to western food and found the meals to be pretty good.  The food, predictively, was delivered at or near room temperature, though there was a microwave in the room.  Any items breaded and deep fried came soggy, horribly greasy and beyond redemption by microwave.  I requested a china plate, a glass and a knife, but was told those items are forbidden.  Only the hotel issued Melamine plate, drinking cup, soup spoon or plasticware and plastic forks and spoons are allowed. The sliding window to the balcony was screwed almost closed and could not be opened beyond eight inches.  With that tiny opening, I did not have adequate reach for access to a towel drying rack under the air conditioner.  Residents are allowed to venture outside of the room only by special permission and have no access to the hotel gym or outdoors, whatsoever during their two week quarantines. In the best of circumstances, solitary confinement for over two weeks is difficult.  A couple of things made a nice difference for me.  When I had adequate internet access, I was able to pass the time much more pleasantly.  I needed to make several calls to the management during my first few days in quarantine, asking for attention to my WiFi to achieve that.  The information technology person in the hotel made several changes to my internet connection and finally achieved adequate connectivity for my needs most of the time.  I found that I was able to order grocery items online from Tops Market.  I could get fresh fruit that I craved, as well as other comfort food, I really liked having around.  I wonder how this hotel would have been for a non-public health related stay.  I don’t believe I’d return though, because coming back would likely bring back unpleasant memories of the experience of having been restrained here, inside of four walls for over two weeks.

Pins are not straight. Drive around for 3-4 rounds. You have to set it in your map as Sirinat Place in order to find it. and must check-in before 4 p.m. Because employees finish work at 4 pm. Before checking in, there is a room deposit of 1,000 baht, but it is returned when leaving. Good room, clean, beautiful on the cover.

Newly open hotel. Out of expectation. There are few items seem to be incomplete. No smoke detector and sprinkler to be installed, bringing a safety concerns. Not sure the occupation regulations in Thailand. TV is still yet be able to be on. Not sure why it was not be able to get the Grab from the nearest Big C to the hotel.

Surrounded by residential areas, the hotel is relatively easy to find. The rooms are not big, but are fully equipped. Compared to other hotels, check-in at the front desk is faster, but the sound insulation effect is average.

The beds are very soft and comfortable. The room is big and good. There is a bathtub provided. For people who are tired from soaking. There is a TV and refrigerator. But the TV is not a smart TV. The room has a key lock system. Overall, it's convenient. Yes, the service is available many times and when running errands in Bangkok.

Service with politeness The room booking with the accommodation did not match. In the booking system, it was 1 king size bed and 1 single bed, but at the hotel it was two single beds put together and a sofa, so the hotel offered a bunk bed. Two beds to solve the problem But the bed is not very sturdy, easy to shake and move a little. The rocking bed makes it difficult for people to sleep in both the top and bottom beds. The good points are that the air conditioner is cool, the water is warm, and the bathroom is big. The door must be closed with force, causing a loud noise, probably in every room on the 5th floor. Because the room doesn't keep sound, you can hear other rooms closing the door very loudly.

Entering and exiting the hotel not far from the mall, easy to find food, parking is available. Inside the room, complete equipment, cool air conditioner, the mattress is not soft, but it is comfortable to sleep, no back pain. Suitable for accommodation price

This is the second time. The reason for choosing is 1 price 2 close to the place to go 3 want to say that the first time was impressed But this time, I'm very impressed. Due to renovation of the room, there are more plugs, there is a thermos flask, 3 bottles of water, nods, lovely work, everyone recommends it, not disappointed at all The first time staying on the 3rd floor, this time staying on the 2nd floor, so I don't have the same mind about the room, right? But I want to say that I am very impressed this time.
