This was our 5th time in this hotel. Yes, it truly has something to draw us back. The rooms are lovely and spacious and is the only place in Bangkok that has a ceiling to floor glass sliding door that I can remember. Lots of light. The foliage is great, river views great. You don't really sense that you are at an airport hotel. It is very relaxing. The pools look nice (although this time we went they were both in need of a clean.) Sunbeds were looking a little dilapidated too. I think the ratio between price and what you get is good. But there is a but. And it is a big one. In the past there has always been a breakfast buffet. We always joked that it was the worst buffet in the world but it was a buffet. Now they have changed it and you can choose from between a few sets, 4 European looking. We chose the most basic of basics which was 2 slices of brown toast with jam and tea. This is what we got: White stale toast with melted butter and what looked like radioactive jam with camomile tea. They also didn't bring a plate or cutlery. My BF went up to the room, got a plastic plate we had brought, a plastic knife, his own bread, butter and jam and proceeded to use those items at the breakfast table. We also brought our own tea down in a flask. We laughed saying ”thankfully it was included in the price.” I also got a water to take some pills. Upon check out we were presented with a bill for breakfast, despite the fact that the receptionist the day before had said breakfast was included. We refused to pay. It was the worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel in any corner of the world. They even wanted to charge me for water for medication. I walked out. In summary, don't swim or have breakfast, just sleep there, do the horrible walk along the insane main road to the shopping centre which is great and enjoy the ambience. Then you will be fine!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were conscientious and kind, the pool setting, pool, and water was great, as was the modern gym. The food was extraordinary for both our poolside dinner and early breakfast. The kao tum Pla breakfast soup was out of this world. The only negative was that we were unaware we would be charged if we drank the bottled water out of the refrigerator. We drink 4 small bottles total. At checkout we were told that we owed for two of the bottles, as “only 2 are provided free.” We paid a lot less for 6 liters of bottled water at 7-11 than we paid for 2 small bottles! Considering that Thailand’s tap water is undrinkable, and plastic bottles are a menace to the environment, I think this is out of line. A suggestion is to offer guests the option of free drinking water at a specified area, and offer unlimited drinking water from refillable glass bottles. Otherwise the hotel was great and we will return, as we frequently go through BKK on our way home to Chiang Rai. Best regards,

A new hotel located just 10 minutes from Bangkok Airport and well worth the quick drive. Hotel has a free shuttle that operates 24/7 but easy to take a taxi if preferred. Rooms are large and very airy in a Scandinavian style. Rooms have chaise in addition to the bed and table and chairs. Unfortunately like many new hotels today it has that ridiculous design of glass between bathroom and bedroom. But on the plus side, at the moment it has beautiful new linens and towels, what a treat. The hotel feels like a resort as it is in a location with a lot of space so has the benefit of a very large pool and garden area which is unusual for a city especially Bangkok. This is a full service hotel with excellent restaurant that has extensive buffet and a la carte menu for breakfast and dinner. The pool has swim up menu and there is an additional bar and cafe in the lobby near the large gym and spa. Because of all its facilities this is a great property for a family I suspect.

It is not a hotel but a facility in an apartment. The location of Google Maps needs to be corrected. No toothbrushes, toothpaste is provided. There are coin washing machines. The first floor is a parking lot and the second floor is the lobby. There is a restaurant and coffee shop next to the lobby. The convenience store is across the street.

The owner is an old man from Europe and America. The people are quite nice. The room is clean and the environment is great. After a dinner, the old man is good at cooking. Say hello in advance to book a taxi, and the flat price to Suvarnabhumi Airport is 150 baht. Please ignore the ugly man in the picture.

I stayed there only for a few hours as my flight had arrived just after midnight and I was too tired to go into Bangkok without a rest. It was impossible to get an answer from the hotel on how to use its alleged shuttle, and I used the prescribed email address, which was *************************. And so I took a taxi from the first or ground floor of the airport. which was fine and took about 15 minutes tor reach the hotel. There was one woman on duty and she seemed to speak almost no English, but she had a paper listing my name and someone helped me with the luggage. The room was spacious and clean and everything worked and it was cheaper than any other airport that I could find. It was also quiet and in a few hours the task at the front desk found me a taxi to take me into Bangkok. I have no complaints except that the shuttle does not seem to exist, and in any case the taxi is perfectly adequate for reaching the hotel.
