Please be BEWARE of this Hotel which uses dubious absurd methods of charging you extra for ridiculous things. The. Hotel manager was extremely rude with zero ownership to mistakes she's totally unfit to be in the service industry. Horrible experience. I had encountered the most unpleasant and ridiculous encounter upon checking out. I was forced by the manager to-pay a half day stay rate at ala carte rate for “ mistakes “ made by the staffs . Due to late ✈️, I had requested for a late checkout if possible 1 day before the checking out day . The staff on duty told me that the latest complimentary extension she can give me was until 3.30pm to checkout . Next morning, I even went down to the receptionist counter to double confirm about checking out timing at 3.30pm and get the staff to extend the room card , again that’s no mention of any additional charge . However upon checking out , a woman who claimed that she’s the manager of the hotel demanded me to pay a half day ala cart room Room , saying that late checkout is chargeable ! She was totally unapologetic, she just argued that the 2 different staffs that attended to me about checkout requests earlier on did not inform me about that it’s the property policy that there will be additional charge rendered because they ARE NEW staffs , but nevertheless I still need to foot for the additional half day room rate ! Totally dishonest management, I felt so cheated and it’s absolutely absurd ! Great disappointment for such dishonest management to exist and no ownership of the mistakes made at their end . Please be aware !

Nice simple hostel with comfortable bed located walking distance from BTS Thonglor. The Staffs are super friendly and accommodating ready to recommend you places and guide you to where you would like to go. Toilet is limited; I would recommend to bring your toiletries too, However hairdryer is provided. :) There are nearby Japanese restaurants and Buffets available. The area is more for Japanese foodies and not much shopping available unless you walk towards Ekamai area.

I am the first to comment on this brigade. First of all, it is not a hotel, and I look forward to 🈶️ five or six star facilities. However, the manager's English is super good, email reply efficiently, and he is happy to help travelers come and stay. For example, the manager of the hotel has made appropriate arrangements because my hotel coffee shop hours have passed since my flight arrived at the hotel. In addition, I rented a single room this time, and rented a daily breakfast package for around $ 200. This is really possible in Bangkok! Although the bathroom toilet is shared. But there are only four rooms on the same floor, and they are not full. Super clean. It was just that the room was noisy to the road, and I heard earplugs. Here's the key point: The daily breakfast is super delicious, 🈶️ is ground coffee, I want to freeze latte, and there are salty sandwiches immediately sizzling the same sweet batch. It ’s so delicious! Finally, we must like the hotel location. It is 2 minutes before the Thonglor BTS station, right outside the door 🈶️ Japanese ramen shop, turn left 🈶️ Super popular mango shop Let me relax with the love spa massage group Lets Relax is inside the Nikko Hotel 👍 🏻🥰 Basically, the hotel turns left to go for five or six minutes. Next time you come to Bangkok and live again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😬

I like this Japanese Style hotel services in Thailand, I am a worldwide fan of traveling, I have one suggestion to this hotel, if they could provide a small plastic chair into the shower room would be great. Because this is a kind of traditional shower room will provided in Japan. If the gym can open for 24 hours would be great too
