It is very close to BTS, with convenient transportation, and is also close to convenience stores; however, this hotel does not have an elevator, and it will be very difficult to carry a lot of luggage. Fortunately, the receptionist was helpful when checking in, but it took a long time to check out. I'm so glad I stayed here; people with large luggage will want to think twice. It takes a long time for the air conditioning in the room to cool down. Unfortunately, the bath towels and bed sheets are stained, and there is demolition construction nearby. It will wake you up during the day.

It may not have all the bells and whistles of a luxury hotel, but it certainly gets the job done at a reasonable price.

It's a very large hotel set right upon the railway line, that's a direct walkway to the station. Checkin was very busy and staff weren't so friendly on all interactions with them, but efficient and functional. Bear in mind that you're going to get noise whether you're in the rail line side or other side from traffic, but if you close the bathroom door the noise is minimized. There was a jug and 2 mugs in the room, nice new bedding and a clean renovated bathroom. Noise from the corridor can be loud with people talking and doors slamming but again, for the price it's quite a good option with an undercover walkway across a busy road to the airport rail line which makes for an easy early morning flight. There's a 500thb deposit, for what I don't know, the rooms are pretty spartan, anyway never mind. That's all, I'd have to have a think if I'd stay again. Hope this helps, good luck

Great location, BTS station within 3 minutes walk. I was expecting it is very close to Thong Lor heart area but it actually take 15 to 20 minutes walk, not their problem tho considering price wise. Staffs are friendly and helpful, English communication has been excellent. Would love to come back again.

Please be BEWARE of this Hotel which uses dubious absurd methods of charging you extra for ridiculous things. The. Hotel manager was extremely rude with zero ownership to mistakes she's totally unfit to be in the service industry. Horrible experience. I had encountered the most unpleasant and ridiculous encounter upon checking out. I was forced by the manager to-pay a half day stay rate at ala carte rate for “ mistakes “ made by the staffs . Due to late ✈️, I had requested for a late checkout if possible 1 day before the checking out day . The staff on duty told me that the latest complimentary extension she can give me was until 3.30pm to checkout . Next morning, I even went down to the receptionist counter to double confirm about checking out timing at 3.30pm and get the staff to extend the room card , again that’s no mention of any additional charge . However upon checking out , a woman who claimed that she’s the manager of the hotel demanded me to pay a half day ala cart room Room , saying that late checkout is chargeable ! She was totally unapologetic, she just argued that the 2 different staffs that attended to me about checkout requests earlier on did not inform me about that it’s the property policy that there will be additional charge rendered because they ARE NEW staffs , but nevertheless I still need to foot for the additional half day room rate ! Totally dishonest management, I felt so cheated and it’s absolutely absurd ! Great disappointment for such dishonest management to exist and no ownership of the mistakes made at their end . Please be aware !

I stayed in room 714, a deluxe double room. it was relatively quiet at night. the room has a refrigerator and TV, and small desk to work. the pillows and bed are comfortable. of note, **the front desk staff are kind and friendly.** thank you

Once again great experience for staying at this place. They even upgraded our room and allowed us to checkout later. Ekkamai area is nice and more quiet compared to the rest of Bangkok
