Nice hotel, However the Room Service Menu which was supposed to have western items did not. On asking the question why was told that the restaurant was Chinese and was unable to produce any simple Western dishes. Hotel employees were all very helpful.

Front desk deserved to be mentioned in this review since they were super friendly and took care of my problems easily and always in a good mood (I believe their name are Cris and Carol). On top of that, I’ve received a gift when I checked-in. The hotel is modern, super clean and close to Baoding East station. My room was flawless and breakfast is a must have. Thanks to all the staff.

Good Location

The room is clean and hygienic. The shower head is very comfortable and the water temperature is suitable. We also upgraded the room type. I will choose Hilton Hotel next time.

The hotel is in a great location, opposite Hebei University and near the Chinese Paleozoological Museum. The service attitude is very good. The three cookies given at check-in were still warm, with plenty of ingredients and a little sweet. After checking in, we had a dinner buffet and a breakfast buffet the next day. The waiter was quite enthusiastic and gave people a very comfortable feeling. There were not many dishes, but the quality was good. The dinner buffet now also has fried foie gras, millet sea cucumber, garlic vermicelli and large clams for each person. The white wine and red wine in the drinks are also very good. There is a children's activity space opposite the restaurant. We caught up with the Frozen and twisting rope handmade activities. The room is relatively spacious, the sliding door and shower in the washroom are slightly inconvenient to operate, and the water temperature is very good. The only drawback is that the parking space is relatively tight and the underground parking lot is relatively crowded.

I chose this hotel for the May Day holiday. The waiting time was too long. But what deserves praise is the attitude of Wade in the lobby. He is very friendly in dealing with people and strategies. I especially praise the concierge depar**ent! I will continue to support it just for this reason!

The room is clean, the breakfast is rich, and the small swimming pool is small but good. The only drawback is that there is no traffic light at the entrance of the hotel, which makes it inconvenient to drive in and out.
