"The stay experience exceeded expectations. The hotel location is very convenient, not far from the station and business district. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the rest was very stable. The front desk staff was gentle, the check-in was efficient, and the questions would be answered patiently. The public areas are clean and elegant, the breakfast is rich in categories and the taste is online. The facilities are maintained in place, the hot water and air conditioning are used smoothly, the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, and the price is very high. Whether it is a short trip or a transit, it is very suitable. I will choose this one next time. It is highly recommended."

"Convenient location only a few minutes walk to the centre of Pula. The reception / bar area was well set out and always had helpful, friendly staff on duty between 7am and -10pm. Breakfast was good quality with a variety of options to choose from. We stayed in a standard superior double room which has everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was clean with nice decor. We liked the electric shutters and door lock as well. Check out was at 10am and they allowed us to keep our baggage in their storage room and return to it later. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future."

Everything is unique & comfortable. But service is not up to par. Below average room service as they don’t understand my English instruction & requests

The service staff is very good, the environment is first-class, but there is no carpet in the room, and the worst thing is that there is too little breakfast. I don’t know if it’s the off-season. There is also a little bit of a surprise. I started to let me check out at ten o’clock. I really want to sing abroad.
